About 36 Pets Pte Ltd

About 36 Pets Pte Ltd

Based at 462 Macpherson Road, Singapore 368180, 36 Pets Pte Ltd offers pet boarding services across Singapore. The business has been verified by KakiList, meaning a real person has confirmed its operating details and contact channels. It holds a Google rating of 4.7 out of 5 based on 40 reviews, which represents a moderate sample size and may be taken as a reasonable directional signal. Pricing is indicated at the mid-range tier.

When enquiring about boarding, it is helpful to share your pet's size, breed, and temperament upfront, as these details influence suitability and any applicable surcharges. Vaccination records — typically covering DHPP and rabies for dogs, or FVRCP for cats — are generally required before boarding is confirmed, so have these ready. If possible, arrange a trial visit to let your pet become familiar with the environment before a longer stay. Do clarify the drop-off and collection process, including hours of operation, and ask about the daily routine, exercise arrangements, and supervision during your pet's stay. If you have a recurring boarding need, it is worth asking whether a regular schedule can be arranged.

To get started, reach out to 36 Pets Pte Ltd via WhatsApp, phone, or the online enquiry form. Provide your pet's details and intended boarding dates so the team can confirm availability and walk you through their requirements before drop-off.

Causing scrape and minor clipper burn!!! First time bringing my puppy there, but unfortunately I won’t be returning. I was quite dissatisfied with the haircut as I only requested a trim, not for his fur to be cut this short. The cut was also uneven. During the grooming session, I could hear my puppy crying, which worried me because he is usually very calm when being groomed. When the groomer handed him back to me, he was also carried incorrectly, almost like how you would carry a cat. Overall, it wasn’t a good experience and I wouldn’t recommend this place. Look at the before and after.

My cat is very timid, but the groomers were very patient during the grooming session. They did a great job and my cat came back smelling really nice. I will definitely come back for the next grooming.

Sent my Aussie Doodle grooming on Monday and had a great experience. Vicky the groomer was very patient with my dog as she was kind of scared as it’s her 2nd visit only. She did a wonderful job with the full grooming and also explained how I should brush her to prevent matting and my Dog was happy with her too!

We sent my British Long hair cats for their very first grooming session, and I couldn't be happier! They came back smelling amazing and looking absolutely fresh and beautiful. Groomer Penny is very patient and careful with shaving matted hair balls nearer to the skin. She spent ample time for grooming our two fur babies by showering with love.Thank you for Owner Ace & Fey for offering me affordable service. 🫶🏻🙏

Booked an appt on 6/9 , on the 5/9 was postpone due to shortage of manpower postpone to 11/9, agreed to compensate and honour the price but when I go over on the 11/9, staff there told me that I need to top up additional because the price I took was on promotion and had already ended. I have no choice but to proceed since I’m there already and had to rush back to work. Groomer did a very good job on trimming and well being of the cats. But communication wise & customer service need to be improved.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does 36 Pets Pte Ltd charge?

Boarding fees in Singapore typically vary by pet size, breed, and the duration of the stay. Smaller dogs and cats generally attract lower nightly rates, while larger breeds or pets with special care needs may incur higher charges. Surcharges can apply for public holidays or peak periods such as the school holidays and Lunar New Year. It is advisable to ask 36 Pets Pte Ltd directly for a full breakdown of their rates, including any additional charges for extra services such as grooming, medication administration, or individual exercise sessions. Confirm all fees in writing before drop-off to avoid surprises. See the full pet boarding cost guide for Singapore →

What vaccinations does 36 Pets Pte Ltd require?

Most reputable pet boarding facilities in Singapore require dogs to be vaccinated against DHPP (distemper, hepatitis, parvovirus, and parainfluenza) and rabies, with proof that vaccinations are current — typically within the past 12 months. Bordetella (kennel cough) vaccination is also commonly required for boarding environments where dogs are in close proximity. For cats, the FVRCP vaccine (feline viral rhinotracheitis, calicivirus, and panleukopenia) is the standard requirement. Bring your pet's vaccination booklet or a vet-issued certificate to present at drop-off. If your pet's vaccinations are due for renewal, arrange this with your vet well in advance of the boarding dates, as some vaccines require a settling period before they are considered effective. Contact 36 Pets Pte Ltd directly to confirm their specific vaccination requirements before booking.

Is 36 Pets Pte Ltd licensed and insured?

Pet boarding facilities in Singapore that house animals on their premises are required to hold a licence issued by the Animal and Veterinary Service (AVS), which is the relevant regulatory body under the National Parks Board. Prospective customers should ask 36 Pets Pte Ltd to confirm their AVS licence status directly, as no licence details are currently listed on this profile. In addition to licensing, it is worth asking whether the facility carries insurance that covers incidents such as pet injury or illness during the boarding period. Reputable operators will have a clear protocol for veterinary emergencies, including which clinic they work with and how owners are notified. Visit the facility, check the vaccination policy, and confirm insurance before drop-off.
