Causing scrape and minor clipper burn!!! First time bringing my puppy there, but unfortunately I won’t be returning. I was quite dissatisfied with the haircut as I only requested a trim, not for his fur to be cut this short. The cut was also uneven. During the grooming session, I could hear my puppy crying, which worried me because he is usually very calm when being groomed. When the groomer handed him back to me, he was also carried incorrectly, almost like how you would carry a cat. Overall, it wasn’t a good experience and I wouldn’t recommend this place. Look at the before and after.

Booked an appt on 6/9 , on the 5/9 was postpone due to shortage of manpower postpone to 11/9, agreed to compensate and honour the price but when I go over on the 11/9, staff there told me that I need to top up additional because the price I took was on promotion and had already ended. I have no choice but to proceed since I’m there already and had to rush back to work. Groomer did a very good job on trimming and well being of the cats. But communication wise & customer service need to be improved.
