When enquiring about a boarding stay, it is worth sharing your cat's size, breed, and temperament upfront, as these details help the team assess suitability and recommend the right accommodation option. Vaccination records — typically covering FVRCP and, where applicable, rabies — will generally be required before or at drop-off, so have these to hand when you get in touch. If your cat has not stayed in a boarding environment before, asking about a short trial visit can help your pet acclimatise and give you confidence in the setting. You can reach Cradle Cat Hotel via WhatsApp, phone, or the enquiry form, making it straightforward to discuss availability and any specific care needs before confirming a booking.
To take the next step, contact Cradle Cat Hotel directly through WhatsApp or phone to check availability for your intended dates, share your cat's vaccination records, and confirm the daily rate and any add-on care options before drop-off.

Everything was so smooth sailing. From bookings to check in and check out, we have peace of mind with the whole process. The Cradle Cat team were always updating us when we were overseas and they administered our cat’s inhaler and we are so appreciative of that. The hotel’s environment is calm quiet and peaceful. Our cat seems relaxed in the environment too. We thank the cradle cat team for the love and care and your competence will make us come back again. Thank you!
This is the first time I have my cat board at Cradle Cat Hotel. The place is very clean and nice. The staffs are very professional and really care about their work. My cat is well taken care and just a short stay, he has already developed affection with the staffs. Daily updates, photos and videos were shared very timely. Their CCTV also works perfectly well that I can see my cat at anytime 24/7. I have to say my cat has enjoyed his staycation. Deeply appreciate Cradle Cat Hotel!
Our first time boarding our kittens at a cat hotel. The staff at Cradle Cat were responsive and very helpful in preparing us for the process. Although the change of environment is understandably strange for our two kittens, their well being were taken care of at Cradle. Although our cats are quite shy, they hide less compared to when we first brought them home from foster care! I think that's a really good sign :) They played with the staff and explore the play area. The hotel was clean, roomy and comfortable too!
Glad to have found Cradle Cat Hotel for our 3 senior cats staycation while we are overseas. The staff are great, providing daily updates, videos and photos. The cats definitely enjoyed their stay as they were hiding from us when we fetched them 😹. We also noted the cats lost their excess weight which is good as they only eat during feeding time there. If at home they’ll be meowing and harassing us till we give treats. Will definitely send them for staycation here again 😸
My 5-month old kitten, Gingie, and both of us, the pawrents, had such a great experience with Cradle Cat Hotel! My kitten staycay-ed 18 days there while we were away on our holiday. We received daily summary updates over WhatsApp, and pictures & videos over GoogleDrive. As pawrents we felt assurance that our baby is in good hands. The awesome staff there were proactive to suggest solutions when Gingie had soft stools (psyllium husk, and when that didn’t work, probiotics). We can also tell from the photos and videos that Gingie had a blast every playtime with the wonderful team. Our family could drop Gingie a visit but do arrange an appointment before visiting! Bonus: they take awesome pictures of our little girl too 😽. We definitely recommend Cradle Cat Hotel to cat mums & dads because we truly felt the care and love the team has for the kitties! ❤️

Cradle Cat Hotel is listed at the mid-range price tier, though specific nightly rates are not published on this listing. In Singapore, cat boarding fees typically vary based on the type of accommodation (standard cage, suite, or free-roam room), the duration of stay, and any add-on services such as playtime sessions, grooming, or medication administration. When requesting a quote, it is worth confirming whether the rate includes feeding, litter changes, and daily interaction, or whether these are charged separately. Ask also whether a deposit is required to hold the booking, particularly over peak periods such as public holidays and school breaks. See the full pet boarding cost guide for Singapore →
For cats, boarding facilities in Singapore typically require proof of a current FVRCP vaccination — covering feline viral rhinotracheitis, calicivirus, and panleukopenia — before accepting a booking. Some facilities also request rabies vaccination, particularly if there is any risk of exposure to outdoor environments. Vaccination records are generally expected to be current within the past 12 months. It is advisable to bring your cat's vaccination certificate from your veterinarian at drop-off, and to check with Cradle Cat Hotel directly on their specific requirements, as policies can differ between providers. If your cat's vaccinations are not up to date, consult your vet well in advance of your intended boarding dates to allow sufficient time for any boosters to take effect.
In Singapore, pet boarding facilities are required to hold a licence from the Animal and Veterinary Service (AVS) under the National Parks Board. This listing does not currently show an AVS licence on record, so it is important to confirm directly with Cradle Cat Hotel that they hold the relevant authorisation before dropping off your cat. On the question of insurance, ask the provider what happens in the event your pet becomes unwell or is injured during the stay — reputable facilities should have a clear protocol, including access to veterinary care and a policy on liability. It is also worth asking whether they have a named veterinary clinic they refer to in an emergency. Visit the facility, check the vaccination policy, and confirm insurance before drop-off.
