My elderly hamster stayed here for about a week while I was overseas. Communication and arrangements were extremely good, and accommodating as well. He was under medical boarding and was diligently fed the prescripted medications, with regular updates daily on his well-being which I could check anytime. The camera feature also gave me great peace of mind. I was not worried during my trip at all as I really felt like he was under great care. The staff seem passionate and thorough in their care for the hamsters. Will definitely be coming back here for future stays when needed!
