About 57 Medical Kallang Airport
57 Medical Kallang Airport is a general practice clinic located at 32 Cassia Cres, #01-62, in the Kallang Airport estate. The clinic is KakiList-verified, meaning operating details and contact channels have been confirmed by a real person. It holds a 3.9/5 rating across 35 Google reviews — a moderate sample that offers a reasonable directional signal. No ACRA registration or regulatory licences are listed in the current data, which limits independent verification; patients are advised to confirm the clinic's MOH Healthcare Services Licence and the consulting doctor's Singapore Medical Council registration before attending.
For a GP visit, patients typically walk in or contact the clinic via WhatsApp, phone, or the online enquiry form to check queue times or opening hours. A standard consultation covers presenting symptoms, examination, and prescription where indicated. Investigations such as blood panels or swabs may be ordered on the same visit. For chronic conditions including hypertension, diabetes, or lipid disorders, GPs registered under the Chronic Disease Management Programme can facilitate MediSave 500/700 outpatient claims, reducing out-of-pocket costs for eligible patients. Patients requiring specialist review can be issued a referral letter; a polyclinic referral to a public hospital Specialist Outpatient Clinic attracts lower subsidised fees for Singapore Citizens.
To book or check availability, contact 57 Medical Kallang Airport directly via WhatsApp or phone before your visit.
Verify the doctor's name on the Singapore Medical Council register and the clinic's MOH Healthcare Services Licence before booking, and for any planned procedure request a written financial counselling estimate that itemises insurance payout, MediSave deduction, and out-of-pocket portions before paying any deposit.
Horrendous..trying to repeat medication again but nothing to deal with antobiotic,I was asked to consult doctor again.on top of that, cox is holiday season,I was soon told to come back after the original doctor was back from her holiday as the temp doc felt was better to follow up with the original doctor.but it wax just some slight dizziness and medication running out. Clinic opened but telling patients to come back after the original doctor was back. Why did it open for operation in the 1st place?
I’m sure you’re expecting this review after what transpired. 7.30pm, empty clinic, a simple consultation and flu test took 1h+. Keep telling me the “system is down”. It’s been down since I stepped in, I’d rather you refuse me service rather than have me wait so I can go to another nearby clinic. It’s not the system that pisses me off but the nonchalant attitude of every one in the clinic. You have better options around the area people, avoid this place for your sanity.
I like that I can make an appt booking which is super rare for GP clinics these days. Best part is that the doc was in already at 845am. I didn’t have to wait long. They had 3 nurses/reception around and I got to see the doc in a short while. The doctor was thorough and clear in her diagnosis and didn’t rush the process. She also was able to refer me to the right specialist which was assuring to me. Overall I was quite impressed with the clinic. I read some bad reviews but honestly my personal experience is quite the opposite - able to book appt, short wait time, efficient consult and follow up. Btw they can also see kids and babies! It’s a family clinic.
a very new clinic deep inside HDB clusters. so maybe not many prople know this and its the first clinic i didnt queue at all, even in the workday morning. very quiet and clean. most facilities are new and clean. the doctor and nurse are quite communicative and helpful, ask for conditions while listen patiently. also give professional advice. especially when my case needs some further testing at larger hospital, the doctor immediately got me a letter referring me to the specialist i need to see. very helpful and i highly recommend this.
I have been to the clinic 3 times, so far my experience has been good for both doctors and clinic assistants. There are sessions clinic operate by teleconsult if doctor is on leave, I still get the help I needed through teleconsult.

GP consultations at private clinics in Singapore typically run S$25–60 per visit, with follow-up visits sometimes at the lower end of that range. Common add-ons billed separately include blood panels (S$60–200), throat or nasal swabs, urine tests, and prescribed medications. GST applies on private medical services. For planned investigations or procedures, request a written breakdown of consultation, diagnostics, and medication costs upfront. MediSave 500/700 outpatient withdrawal limits apply for selected chronic conditions under CDMP. Contact 57 Medical Kallang Airport directly to confirm current fees, as these are set by the clinic and can vary. See the full GP & 24-Hour Clinics cost guide for Singapore →
Every legitimate GP clinic must hold an MOH Healthcare Services Licence issued under the Healthcare Services Act — verifiable on the MOH licensee directory. Every practising doctor must be registered on the Singapore Medical Council (SMC) public register at smc.gov.sg, where you can confirm registration status, specialist accreditation, and any disciplinary history. No licences are listed in 57 Medical Kallang Airport's current KakiList profile. Before attending, it is worth searching the clinic name on the MOH licensee directory and the consulting doctor's name on the SMC register to independently confirm both are current. Neither alone is sufficient — both should be verified. If either search returns no result, contact the clinic directly to request their licence number and the consulting doctor's SMC registration number before proceeding.
For outpatient GP visits, MediSave can be used under the 500/700 withdrawal limit for selected chronic conditions covered by the Chronic Disease Management Programme (CDMP) — these include hypertension, diabetes, hyperlipidaemia, stroke, asthma, COPD, and certain mental health conditions. Confirm at registration whether the clinic is CDMP-registered and whether your condition qualifies. Integrated Shield Plans layered on MediShield Life generally cover inpatient and day-surgery costs rather than routine GP outpatient visits, though some riders include GP and specialist outpatient benefits — check your plan schedule before assuming coverage. For any planned procedure or investigation, ask for a written cost estimate that separates the insurance-payable portion, MediSave deduction, and out-of-pocket amount. Skipping this step is the most common reason patients are surprised by their final bill.
