About 57 Medical Parkway Centre
57 Medical Parkway Centre is a GP clinic located at 1 Marine Parade Central, #02-05, Singapore 449408, serving patients across the island. It is KakiList-verified, meaning operating details and contact channels have been confirmed by a real person. The clinic holds a 4.0/5 rating across 77 Google reviews, a moderate sample that provides a reasonable directional signal. No regulatory licences are currently listed in this directory entry, and ACRA registration has not been confirmed, so prospective patients are advised to verify the clinic's MOH Healthcare Services Licence and the consulting doctor's SMC registration before booking.
For a first visit, patients can reach out via WhatsApp, phone, or the online form to enquire about appointment availability and consultation fees. A GP consultation at a private clinic in Singapore typically costs S$25–60, with investigations such as blood panels, urine tests, or X-rays billed separately. Patients with an Integrated Shield Plan or who wish to use MediSave should confirm the clinic's panel status and MediSave withdrawal eligibility at the point of enquiry. Those managing a chronic condition such as hypertension, diabetes, or a lipid disorder should ask whether the clinic participates in the Chronic Disease Management Programme, which allows MediSave 700 to offset selected outpatient expenses.
Contact 57 Medical Parkway Centre directly via WhatsApp or phone to confirm current consultation hours, appointment availability, and any applicable fees before your visit.
Verify the doctor's name on the Singapore Medical Council register and the clinic's MOH Healthcare Services Licence before booking, and for any planned procedure request a written financial counselling estimate that itemises insurance payout, MediSave deduction, and out-of-pocket portions before paying any deposit.
Had a really positive experience here. Both the doctor and the staff were super friendly, which made everything feel very welcoming. I also lucked out and dropped by at a quiet time, so things moved along smoothly. Overall, they made the whole visit great!
My wife and I went to see the doctor this morning at 8:00am, we were traveling and residing overseas and not seeing any doctors in Singapore for a long period of time and I am nervous and worried, especially my situation is a little complicated, however Doctor Jean Chen Yanjun is everything a patient can hope for when you go to see a doctor, She is professionally attentive, careful, knowledgeable, and willing to share with my doctors overseas, I can see she just wants the patient to get well soon, that’s her only goal, She is so great that I am fortunate to have her looking over me while I am hopelessly nervous! Highly recommended to everyone! Also, the clinic located in the second floor of Parkway Centre is also very convenient, right come up from the Marine Parade MRT station.
"Extremely slow service and a serious lack of patient privacy. I waited over an hour with only four people ahead of me. The receptionist asked for the nature of my illness and stated my personal details & other P&C details loudly at the counter, where everyone in the waiting area could hear. It was more stressful than a polyclinic visit. I cannot recommend this clinic and would advise others to consider alternatives where wait times and patient discretion are better managed."

GP consultations at private clinics in Singapore typically run S$25–60, with follow-up visits generally at the lower end of that range. Investigations are billed on top: a basic blood panel S$60–200, a urine dipstick S$10–30, an X-ray S$80–150, and any prescriptions at cost plus a dispensing margin. GST applies on private medical services. For planned investigations or procedures, request a written financial counselling estimate that splits insurance payout, MediSave deduction, and out-of-pocket portions before proceeding. Patients on an Integrated Shield Plan should pre-authorise any claims with their insurer. See the full GP & 24-Hour Clinics cost guide for Singapore →
Every legitimate clinic must hold an MOH Healthcare Services Licence under the Healthcare Services Act — verifiable on the MOH licensee directory online. Every practising doctor must appear on the Singapore Medical Council (SMC) public register at smc.gov.sg, where you can confirm registration status, specialist accreditation, and any disciplinary history. No regulatory licences are currently listed in this directory entry for 57 Medical Parkway Centre, so patients should verify both the clinic licence and the named doctor's SMC entry directly before booking. Neither confirmation alone is sufficient — a licensed clinic may have a locum doctor not on the SMC register, and vice versa. Confirming both takes under five minutes on the respective government portals and is always worth doing for a new provider.
MediSave can be used for selected outpatient expenses under the MediSave 500/700 withdrawal limits — S$500 per year for general outpatient chronic condition management, rising to S$700 under the Chronic Disease Management Programme (CDMP), which covers hypertension, diabetes, lipid disorders, asthma, stroke, COPD, selected mental health conditions, and others. Confirm whether the clinic is CDMP-accredited and whether your specific condition is on the approved list before expecting to offset costs via MediSave. Integrated Shield Plans layered on MediShield Life generally cover inpatient stays and day surgery, with more limited coverage for GP outpatient visits depending on your rider terms. For any planned procedure, request a pre-treatment financial counselling session so you receive an itemised written estimate — this is the most effective way to avoid an unexpected bill. Contact the clinic directly to confirm panel insurer affiliations and MediSave eligibility.
