Dr Loke and majority of the Docs are really nice, patient and super informative. Kids love it here also, the staff is super friendly. And I also encounter some specific rude male and female doctor, while I provide the feedback directly at the counter, they said the management is aware of it and is on it. At least after that, I never see them again. So this will still be the pace my family will visit in the future.

Coming for health screening for first time, I would like to feedback regarding the ECG heart reading session, It was not a pleasant experience (for the ECG part), however Dr Loke is friendly and approachable during the blood drawing. I know there’s a female assistant for the reading. Still, I think some improvement needed for female patience to go bare/topless without prior warning, on top of that, your clinic do not provide any soft cover like blanket, sarong or anything for us to feel comfortable. This is not what I expected , instead putting all the suction everywhere with your assistant looking at me topless. As a female, we still feel uncomfortable to go completely topless let alone in front of your clinic staff even though she is a female. This is not expected. Please do a thorough explanation before asking patience to go completely topless and put all test on bare chest. I think you can put on a soft blanket at least while the reading is on going . I don’t feel good even though is a short test . I m not comfortable with the way your clinic handle this particular heart reading test. Also, I think as a clinic you need to have a proper height chart instead of ‘hanging loose’ chart that has been worn for a long time. Please improve on your accessories.

Coming to a clinic for a tele-consultation just doesn’t make sense to me. If I had knew, I would have stayed home and use doctor anywhere. What’s worst is that I had to wait almost an hour for a tele-consultation? The clinic opens at 6pm, and there are patients waiting since 6pm, but the doctor did the first tele-consult only at 7pm. The receptionist is really lovely, best to call to check in the future.

14 Feb experience was shocking. The female doctor (Locum, I think? Not DR Loke) was very rude, impatient and condescending. I thought the previous male doctor here was bad, but she's next level! She talks very fast (with a fake American accent lol), asking brusque questions that make no sense (ie, non-chronological), like she’s forgotten her script. If you take a moment to process what she means, she’ll bark “so, you going to answer or what?" "you going to ignore me?" After interrogating me (only appropriate word!), she sent me outside to wait for medicine, with no real conclusion or advice. I was too gobsmacked to realise until later. Luckily it’s just flu, otherwise I’d be clueless! Doctors know patients are like captives. They wait 30+ minutes while feeling sick, they need medicine, they need MC etc. She knows your relying on her, that's why she talks like this. She won't get away with it on the street. The counter guy was very nice though!

Recently had a bad experience at this clinic, the locum doctor was so rude and impatient. She seems so annoyed and didn’t care when I was trying to explain about my sickness. I had high fever and needed stronger pills as panadol does not help to reduce my fever since my immune system is quite weak. DR told me to do a swab test which costed $40 before gst which is a total joke when i can do it for free at home. Afterwards, I was tested positive in Influenza Flu A, but the DR said I wouldn’t have the knowledge to understand it? Just call me dumb if that’s what you’re trying to say 😐 I asked for fever pills but the funny thing is, the DR said that they don’t have it at the moment? Like, which clinic doesn’t have the proper pills to provide for the patients? Instead the DR told me to take 2 panadol pills every 6 hours when I’ve already explained that panadol does not help. Ended up paying about $70+ even with blue chas card deduction. Paid for nothing as the pills provided was only for sore throat and phlegm when I needed the fever pills the most. To the DR who was working on that day (17 August, Sunday around 10:30am) If you hate being a doctor why became one in the first place? If you hate yourself doesn’t mean you should do it to others. Hope someone teaches you manners in the future. You lucky I was sick if not i’d beat some sense into you 😂🙏
