Weekday Morning / mid morning not even a single patient.. The 2 clinic assistants not wearing face masks …maybe not needed anymore ? Can u make sure the blood pressure cuff is clean after every paitent ? The big problem is the dR M . Malay lady doctor , is just not doing her job properly . Less than 4 mins of checking and asking about my flu , sore throat Didn’t open my mouth that big she also didn’t care Feels like she is just going through the motion. I ask about my bp before I left …. She say it’s 140/100 She ask if it is my usual bp level ? I am not sure Shouldn’t she do another manual bp check for me ? Nope nothing at all . I wonder if the bp measurement was even done properly by the clinic assistant. Do bear in mind 1.5 years ago I previously also witness paitent “s bp being measured standing up … the clinic assistant was across the counter .are they even trained ? My review is I won’t go back there .

I had a consultation with a locum doctor on 20/10/2025. The entire consultation felt rushed and unprofessional, and I did not feel properly assessed for during the visit. The entire consultation lasted less than two minutes. (I observed other patients too - having consultation less than two minutes) I visited the clinic due to a sore throat and cough. During the consultation: - The doctor stood at a distance and asked me to open my mouth. My mouth was not fully open, but she immediately said “okay” without conducting a proper throat examination. - She briefly placed the stethoscope on my back, each time for less than half a second, which did not feel like a proper assessment. I also overheard a conversation between the doctor and the clinic assistant. The prescribed medication was apparently not in stock, and when asked what alternative to give, the doctor replied, “Just give any other.” This further contributed to my concern about the quality of care. This overall experience felt very unprofessional and has caused me to lose confidence in the consultation I received. However, both receptionist was nice. I hope the clinic can review this matter seriously to ensure that future patients receive the appropriate standard of care.

Had a consultation on a weekday around 8.30pm, clinic was totally empty but dr didn’t even spend 5 minutes on my consultation. Dr and counter staff also didn’t wear masks which is really concerning? I didn’t have peace of mind so I walked to another clinic just to ask them to take my temperature again. At 57 Medical, dr used those forehead wireless kind. At the 2nd clinic they used the ear thermometer FOC for me and confirmed that I’m having fever. If you’re really sick, I suggest going to another clinic. If it’s late, just go A&E also better.

The process from registration to consultation is fast. It will be great if the dispensing of medicine can be improved as it took me close to 30 mins just to wait for my medicine to be ready and the clinic is overcrowding with half of the patients who are waiting for the medicine.

A clinic that rejects patient visits at 12:35 pm, when it specifically states 1:00 pm closing time. Should've put up a sign to indicate the earlier cut off time, which isn't the 12:45 pm they stated. I was the only patient there. Lunch time over patient health, I wonder? Definitely do not recommend. 🤔👎
