We had a wonderful experience working with Wei Ting as our interior designer! She is incredibly meticulous and hands-on throughout the entire process. One thing we really appreciated was how she consistently kept us updated on the renovation progress even without us having to ask, which gave us great peace of mind. Wei Ting also adhered closely to the timeline and programme she had planned for us, ensuring everything progressed smoothly and on schedule. Even two months after handing over the house, she has remained very responsive whenever we had any questions or issues. Overall, we are very impressed with her professionalism and dedication, and we genuinely enjoyed the entire renovation journey with her. We would highly recommend Wei Ting to anyone looking for a reliable and committed interior designer!

We engaged Krystal from 9 Creation and are happy with the results! Krystal gave us a vibe that was very reassuring and she has displayed that throughout the renovation process. She took us to choose table top tiles and also to purchase household fittings such as shower heads, lights, curtains etc. She understood from the first meeting that we are first time owners and is able to babysit and handheld us throughout the journey. She is also able to advise if your furniture/appliances fit the theme of your house and suggest alternatives. We like that she prepared a PowerPoint with photos and dimensions of our appliances like fridge, sofa etc which make it easy to keep all the info and theme in one place for reference. The scheduling of the contractors were also settled by her and we just had to sit back and relax. Krystal also took care of the defect checking so we did not have to hire an external party. She would liase with bsc to get the defects fixed so we did not have to lift a finger. For those that are superstitious, Krystal is also able to provide some tips on fengshui. She even brought us to light joss sticks and burn the offerings. Of course, not all renovations would be 100% smooth sailing. There was a wrong installation of shower screen which wasn't a big deal but she took ownership and immediately replaced it by the next time we visited the site. We liked that she didn't get any excuses and just focused on rectifying it and at lightning fast speed. All in all, I would recommend you to choose Krystal for your upcoming renovations as I had with my friends.

Review for Krystal Overall, Krystal has been a great project manager to work with. She is very kind, patient, and detail-oriented, and managed the kitchen renovation smoothly from the very beginning until completion. What I really appreciated was that she always took the time to explain everything clearly before any work started, and whenever issues came up, she would explain the reasons and propose practical solutions. There were, however, a couple of workmanship issues during the project. For example, part of the wooden panel under the hob was cut in the wrong position and had to be patched later. This seemed to be due to the contractor not following the drawings closely enough during fabrication. In addition, the island countertop extension was made about 2cm shorter than originally planned, which slightly affected the final visual outcome. Hopefully, communication and coordination with the contractor can be further improved in future projects to ensure everything is executed exactly as per the drawings. Overall, I still appreciate Krystal’s professionalism and dedication throughout the renovation process.

We had the pleasure of working with Wei Ting as our interior designer, and we couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. We actually walked into the showroom without an appointment, and meeting her turned out to be the best decision among all the other IDs we met around the Tradehub area. From start to finish, Wei Ting was hands-on, responsive, and clear in all her communications. She kept us well updated throughout the process, which made everything smooth and stress-free. The project was completed within the scheduled timeline, and surprisingly, we didn’t encounter any hiccups along the way. Even the few minor amendments needed were quickly and efficiently rectified. Wei Ting also went above and beyond by recommending furniture, lightings and decor that perfectly matched our Japanese-themed home. Her eye for design really stood out, and the workmanship from the contractors she worked with was excellent. The materials used were solid and of great quality, and the end result truly exceeded our expectations. Our home turned out beautifully—exactly how we envisioned it. Even our family members were impressed and full of compliments.
