About AA Dental Surgery
AA Dental Surgery is a dental clinic located at 133 Jurong Gateway Road, #01-291, in an HDB shophouse near the former JCube mall and approximately five minutes on foot from Jurong East MRT. The practice is KakiList-verified and holds a 4.2/5 rating across 55 Google reviews, which represents a moderate sample size. No price information is publicly listed, so prospective patients should contact the clinic directly for a fee estimate.
For a first visit, patients are encouraged to call ahead or reach out via WhatsApp or the online enquiry form to describe their presenting concern — whether routine scaling and polishing, a toothache, or a restorative procedure — and to book an appointment slot that suits them. At the consultation, the dentist will conduct an oral examination, recommend any necessary X-rays, and outline a treatment plan with costs before proceeding. Patients with dental insurance or Medisave-claimable procedures should confirm coverage eligibility at the point of booking, as different procedures attract different claim limits under the relevant schemes.
To make a first appointment, contact AA Dental Surgery directly via WhatsApp, phone, or the online form, and have your identification and any existing dental records ready if you are a returning patient transferring from another clinic.
Confirm the practitioner's licence number on the relevant board's public register before treatment.
5 stars Excellent Service from the whole team, First time to get my wisdom tooth taken out. And Dr Tan was very patient and sensitive to my needs. Would definitely recommend her to more friends and fam. Unfortunately, i had Cory picked up my call and was straight up very rude to me, she claimed she mistook my name for another patient and she didnt even apologise at all. Even if i am indeed the said patient, it was very disappointing how she conversed with me and kept making excuses of how she “dont know” because she doesnt work there. Hopefully you can have the usual friendly receptionist to liase with patients so that clear information is given and such approach does not happen to others again. Edited: later on received a call from Vivian who kept saying she was on desk the whole morning but insist did not talk to me, making me look me i was lying? i have my call logs with the same number and same voice. Call was even more frustrating.
Dr Tan WJ was highly attentive to my needs during my session. She is extremely detailed and was able to derive issues with my spouse's teeth brushing based off gum condition. Highly recommended if you want great service.
I have been visiting Dentist Ng for over 10 years, ever since my tertiary days, for everything from specialised treatments like braces, extractions, and implants to routine care like scaling and polishing. The prices are always affordable, and the team goes the extra mile to remind me to present my CHAS card for additional discounts and even helps me claim through my Medisave account for eligible treatments. What truly sets them apart is their warmth, the Doctors, Chief Secretary, and Assistants are all incredibly friendly and attentive. They always take time to listen, chat, and understand my concerns so they can offer the best advice.
I’ve been visiting this clinic since 2016 when I first got my braces done, and I’ve been coming back regularly for dental cleaning and polishing ever since. The team here is always warm, professional, and caring, which makes every visit a pleasant experience. What I especially appreciate is how easy it is to schedule appointments through WhatsApp—super convenient and efficient. Highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for reliable dental care!
Brought my elderly parents to the clinic and was attended to by Dr Ng (Meredith) for routine check. She was patient in explaining their oral health to them and did thorough cleaning, ensuring they stay comfortable through the process. Overall, a pleasant experience, will visit again!

No referral is required for a routine dental visit at a general practice such as AA Dental Surgery. Walk-in enquiries are typically welcomed, though booking ahead via WhatsApp or phone is advisable to secure a preferred appointment slot and avoid a wait. At the first visit, the dentist will take a brief medical and dental history, note any allergies or medications, and carry out an oral examination. Patients with complex conditions — such as blood-thinning medication, uncontrolled diabetes, or a history of bisphosphonate therapy — should declare these at the start, as they affect treatment planning. If a specialist referral (orthodontist, oral surgeon, periodontist) is needed, the clinic will advise accordingly.
All practising dentists in Singapore must be registered with the Singapore Dental Council (SDC) under the Dental Registration Act. Registration can be verified on the SDC's public online register at sdc.gov.sg. Patients are encouraged to confirm the consulting dentist's registration number before treatment begins — legitimate practitioners will provide this on request. No licences are currently listed on the AA Dental Surgery KakiList profile, and ACRA registration has not been confirmed. Patients should verify the dentist's SDC registration and, where relevant, confirm whether the clinic accepts CHAS subsidies, Medisave claims, or private dental insurance before booking. Confirm the practitioner's licence number on the relevant board's public register before treatment.
