We engaged Shane as our ID contractor for our home renovation and had a good overall experience. Shane was friendly, patient, and easy to work with. He listened to our ideas and gave practical suggestions that helped make the design both nice and functional. Throughout the renovation process, Shane kept us updated regularly and handled every detail with care. There were also some minor hiccups along the way, which is quite normal in any renovation, but Shane was responsive and made sure to sort things out quickly. Me and my wife followed our friend's advice to go through at least 10 IDs before deciding on one, and we finally settled with our ID Trevis from Ace's Design. It was partly because he was not pushy and was more in tune with modern concepts which my wife had seen from sources like 小红书, whilst still keeping practical against local context. Having a 3D drawing of our desired layout at no cost really helped us visualise our house and tweak our ideas as well. The entire renovation process is draining and tests one's patience, but me and my family are glad that we still made it in time to shift in. Trevis helped to settled many minor arrangements during the renovation and we are really thankful for that. Most importantly, we were able to communicate effectively with Trevis and are happy with the workmanship at the end. Shall let the photos do the talking.

We were referred to Shane from Ace's Design through a friend. Shane exhibited high level of professionalism and expertise. His ability to comprehend and actualise our vision was truly commendable. The dedication to ensuring our satisfaction were evident throughout the entire process. A key highlight of our experience was Shane's ability to work efficiently within our specified timeline and the timely and clear communication he provided has allowed for a smooth and transparent collaboration. This was our first renovation project and we decided to source through Qanvast together with various highly reviewed companies via our own online search. Matched with Ace's Design and ID Trevis Liew which subsequently progressed to many in person meet ups to discuss all the necessary details. What stood out was his patience, willingness to share and educate. Furthermore, we did not get any hard selling vibe from him, he just felt down to earth and approachable. Fast forward to the actual work on site, he was able to manage his contractors and plan the timeline well. As with most projects, rectifications do happen and Trevis did not shy away from the issues and rectified them as needed. Just to highlight that he did not try and get us to accept the workmanship as it was, quite the opposite from those reno horror stories we tend to read online. Eventually, we did not deviate too far from the planned timeline and took over in roughly 3 months. As for post-renovation, he was always contactable and willing to touch up if needed. We were lucky to have met with a reliable company and ID for our first renovation. Trevis is professional, very service-oriented and solutions focused. Keep this standard up and you will do exceptional. Thank you very much for your help!
