here they stop to give token at 10.30am and 12.00 afternoon they are closing it. Even after 1.30pm they are not opening and nor giving tokens also. we are coming to clinic because of any sick, not to sit outside the floor

That's the most worst clinic you may be visiting for your life. - Always over crowded - Dosent accept registration even 2. 5 hours before lunch or closing time - Not enough place to sit or keeping safe distancing from other patient - Even after registration, have to almost 2 hours to see doctor and another hour to get the medicine. I am deeply disappointed with my experience at this clinic. Despite the website clearly stating a 9:00 PM closing time, I arrived at 8:05 PM only to be told they were no longer accepting patients for the day. When you have traveled a significant distance specifically because of their posted hours, this is incredibly frustrating. I asked the staff member, Lisah, if she could please check with the doctor given the early time, but she refused, stating she was just "following doctor's instructions" without any attempt to assist. The combination of inaccurate public information and a complete lack of flexibility or empathy from the staff has lost them a patient. Furthermore, I will be recommending that my company reconsider our corporate partnership, as this seems to reflect a broader issue of unreliable capacity.

First time here. It’s the weekend today. arrived at 4:30pm, no queue, everything was fine at first. The front desk staff were nice, but Mr. Nieh Chih-Chiang yes Mr. was extremely rude. There was no proper check before issuing medications wanted to seek more clarification but with the attitude I rather head over to another clinic. But honestly if you are there for an mc sure, you’ll be out in probably less than 5 minutes quick and easy ~
