With 16 Google reviews and a rating of 3.3 out of 5, the sample size is small and should be treated as directional only. For a first visit, patients typically walk in or call ahead to confirm waiting times, particularly during peak lunch hours in the CBD. As a GP clinic, it handles general outpatient consultations, common acute illnesses, workplace medical certificates, and routine referrals. Corporate and individual patients in the Raffles Place area should confirm whether the clinic accepts their Integrated Shield Plan (IP) or corporate health insurance panel, and whether MediSave 500 outpatient or CDMP withdrawal applies to their condition. Any planned investigations — blood panel, swab, or urine tests — will be billed separately from the consultation fee, so ask for an itemised breakdown before proceeding.
To book an appointment or check current waiting times, contact AcuMed Medical Raffles Place Clifford Centre directly by phone or through the enquiry form listed on this page.
Verify the doctor's name on the Singapore Medical Council register and the clinic's MOH Healthcare Services Licence before booking, and for any planned procedure request a written financial counselling estimate that itemises insurance payout, MediSave deduction, and out-of-pocket portions before paying any deposit.
I arrived early and was the first patient to be served. Dr Eva is very kind and thorough in her assessment and explanations. Her treatment was effective and I recovered pretty fast.
Having a good medical checkup time in this clinic. The counter lady is very friendly and polite while serving the customer. Quite professional while taking the blood draw test. The clinic environment is very comfortable and the medical checkup fee is affordable. Recommended to do your medical checkup in this clinic.
Nurse was very friendly and even helped to open the door. Went for health screening and both Dr Eva and Dr Juliana were very patient during the screening and when explaining the health report. Clinic environment was simple, clean and new.
Do not go this place, especially if you have to take time-off from work to see the doctor. There is only 3 patients in front of me and yet after more than 1 hour of waiting, it's still not my turn. I got to cancel in the end because I need to return to the office. Come on! Patients do NOT have the whole day! What a waste of my time. No wonder this place is almost empty... Slow and lousy service.
Don’t waste your precious time going there. If you must,be preparred to wait at least 2 hours. People arrived later than me and got to see the doctor before me!! How did that happen?!? Zero transparency to see who’s waiting or how many in line.

AcuMed Medical Raffles Place Clifford Centre is listed at the S$$ price tier, which typically corresponds to a GP consultation fee of S$25–60, in line with Singapore private clinic norms. Items billed on top of the base consultation often include investigations such as a blood panel (S$60–200), throat or nasal swab (S$30–80), urine test (S$15–40), and any prescribed medications. GST applies on private medical services. For planned procedures or health screening packages, request a written breakdown that separates consultation, diagnostics, and prescription costs before agreeing to proceed. If you hold an Integrated Shield Plan or corporate insurance, confirm panel status and pre-authorisation requirements directly with the clinic. No regulatory licence information is currently listed for this provider on KakiList. Before booking, patients should independently verify two things: first, that the clinic premises hold a valid MOH Healthcare Services Licence under the Healthcare Services Act, which is searchable on the MOH licensee directory at moh.gov.sg; second, that the consulting doctor is on the Singapore Medical Council (SMC) public register at smc.gov.sg, confirming active registration and any specialist accreditation. Neither confirmation alone is sufficient — both the clinic licence and the named doctor's SMC entry should be checked. If either cannot be confirmed, contact the clinic directly to request the licence number before attending. This is standard due diligence for any private medical provider in Singapore.
For outpatient GP visits, MediSave can be used under the S$500 annual withdrawal limit for general outpatient care, or S$700 under the Chronic Disease Management Programme (CDMP) for listed chronic conditions including hypertension, diabetes, hyperlipidaemia, asthma, and selected mental health conditions. Confirm with the clinic whether it is a CDMP-accredited provider before assuming MediSave applies. If you hold an Integrated Shield Plan layered on MediShield Life, check whether this clinic is on your insurer's panel for direct billing — off-panel visits typically require out-of-pocket payment and a subsequent reimbursement claim subject to your plan's deductible and co-insurance. For any planned procedure or health screening, request a written financial counselling estimate that clearly separates insurance payout, MediSave deduction, and out-of-pocket portions before proceeding.
