Very bad experience at this clinic .Went there at 2pm on 29th Nov 25. After reading more bad reviews n no improvement…. My heart more pain. I waited for nearly 2 hours…. And then I give up. Don’t know what the doctor on duty name since they don’t display it. The irresponsible attitude of the doctor on that occasion is unacceptable. Unprofessional behaviour by the doctor. Let the patient wait for so long. One patient can as long as 30-45 minutes. Hello… Doctor…!!!! This is not a specialist clinic.As a doctor they should understand the customer feeling. Waiting is killing..!!!! Read the reply comments from the clinic… very disappointed. No changes since last 4 years.

If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. I had a very disappointing experience at this clinic. I waited in line for over an hour, and when it was finally my turn, the doctor only checked my temperature and blood pressure. Without any explanation, I was told to go wait outside again, and the next patient was called. At that point, I was already feeling very unwell and just wanted to rest and receive proper care. Instead, I was left waiting without any communication or explanation. The lack of professionalism and empathy was extremely frustrating. People come to a clinic to feel better, not to be ignored and made to wait endlessly. I sincerely hope the clinic improves its patient care and communication.

A terrible experience. Waiting time is long. No comfortable chair while waiting. I have to go to my car to wait for my turn. I waited almost 40 mins for medication. Only charcoal given to me for stomach flu and yet they tried to sell probiotic 1 for $7 to my husband. Panadol was given as requested. Dr keep pushing for blood test, he did not specify the importance of it. He is weird, why is this clinic still operating. I tried to go this clinic last month too. The staff was rude. Need to go much earlier before closing. They don't accept anymore walk in 15 mins before close. MOH pls look into it.

Dr Juliana Kiu is the sweetest. She truly listens to you and your concerns and makes you feel heard. She does not rush through procedures (like many Dr's I have encountered) and takes time to understand how you feel and what you need. I came in nearly at lunch time and she gracefully agreed to see me. Front staff is also very jovial and friendly. Thank you Dr Kiu, wishing you all the best in health and your practise!

Do not visit this clinic, waste of time and money for the slow service, very unprofessional front staff should have inform of the waiting time instead of making patient wait for so long, Doctor Jualiana on the other hand i could say she is good and professional during the visit but just The waiting time here is unbelievable slow, came in at 2.45pm and left the clinic at 4.20pm. After 1hour plus of waiting. Clinic need to improve on the time efficient and priority for walk-in patients instead of the new employment check ups. Visit at your own risk dont say i never warned you hor. One star given is for Doctor Juliana professional service.
