Dr Charmaine She and Dr Tay Koong Jiunn were great. Put me at ease, and did a good work with the root canals and crowns respectively. No more pain, and a good fit. Thanks. P.S. I kind of like the overhead video screen decor at Novena that puts me at ease with soft music and nature scenes. Thanks also to Meefoon at the call center, who started off the healing process by negotiating for an earlier appointment, so as to shorten my torment on painkillers.

Had to be referred here urgently due to a severe pain from a sudden cracked tooth so was apprehensive about the visit initially. Had nothing to worry about. Dr Soh Yu Jie is amazing. He is warm and friendly, very patient with all my many questions and very reassuring throughout the entire procedure. Ended up having to do a full root canal but it was so relaxing I actually almost fell asleep. Reception staff is also friendly and professional. Highly recommend :)

Came here for my root canal treatment by Dr Charmaine due to the good reviews and I’m glad I did. Apart from the numbing injections, the procedure was painless and recovery was smooth with almost no pain at all. Dr Charmaine was also very thorough in explaining my condition and provided me the cost of the treatment upfront before commencing the treatment. Kudos to the staff there too! They were so friendly and assuring and patted me to reassure me during the numbing injections. Thank you so much for the care! Really appreciate it!
