Patients typically begin with an initial consultation, during which the dentist reviews dental history, conducts an examination, and may take X-rays before recommending a treatment plan. Whether attending for a routine scale and polish, restorative work, orthodontic assessment, or other dental care, it is worth confirming which procedures are covered under your Medisave account or dental insurance policy, as coverage varies considerably by treatment type. The practice can be reached by phone or via the contact form on the listing.
The most direct next step is to call the clinic or submit an enquiry through the contact form to confirm appointment availability, the scope of the initial consultation, and the fee structure for any specific treatment you are seeking.
Confirm the practitioner's licence number on the relevant board's public register before treatment.
I've been visiting Dr. Candy for many years and recommended her to my mother and husband who have since been going to her to dental treatments too. She is patient and keeps one calm during procedures, making sure you are aware of every step or what is next. The clinic environment is nice and inviting too. Highly recommend!
Receptionist is kind, friendly and helpful. Dentist is informative and professional. When my lips were getting too dry, and I raised it up, they helped me to apply some lip balm. Very considerate. Good service. Overall recommend ✨👍🏻
Doctor and staff are very friendly. Doctor explains very well every step and feedbacks are accurate. Staff are polite and very attentive. I have been coming to Advance Dental since Jan 2023 and I have never looked back. Kept coming back since. Thank you for your service.
I had what I self diagnosed as gum issue but Dr Evelyn Khong astutely diagnosed a night-clenching habit. She suggested night-wear mouth guard without being too pushy. She was gentle when scanning my mouth to get an image for the mould. It fitted perfected and my gum/jaw issue has improved significantly. Thank you Dr Khong.
Thank you for having the urgent online bking service! Was glad to have found this dental service to help me with my emergency dental. Dr Isabella attended to my filling chipped off. Was friendly professional and gentle too Thank you 😊

Advanced Dental Group's listing indicates a mid-range pricing tier ($$), but specific per-procedure fees were not published at the time of this listing. Dental costs in Singapore vary considerably by treatment: a basic consultation typically runs S$30–80, a scale and polish S$60–150, tooth extraction S$80–300, and restorative or cosmetic work can run several hundred to several thousand dollars depending on complexity. Medisave can be used for approved surgical procedures such as surgical extractions, implants, and certain orthodontic assessments — routine scaling and fillings are generally not Medisave-claimable. If you hold a corporate dental insurance plan, confirm in advance whether Advanced Dental Group is a panel provider. No GP referral is required to attend a private dental clinic in Singapore. Most patients book directly for a first-visit consultation, during which the dentist will conduct an oral examination, take X-rays where indicated, and discuss findings before recommending a treatment plan. It is helpful to bring a brief medical history — particularly any blood-thinning medications, allergies to anaesthetics, or systemic conditions such as diabetes or heart disease, which can affect dental treatment protocols. If you are attending for a specialist service such as orthodontics, oral surgery, or endodontics, a referral from your general dentist can sometimes expedite the process and ensures the specialist has prior clinical notes. For straightforward dental care, simply contact Advanced Dental Group directly to book an appointment.
All dentists practising in Singapore must be registered with the Singapore Dental Council (SDC) under the Dental Registration Act. You can verify any dentist's registration status on the SDC's public online register at sdc.gov.sg before your appointment. Dental clinics must also hold a valid clinic licence issued by the Ministry of Health. No regulatory licences were listed for Advanced Dental Group in the current KakiList data, so it is advisable to confirm the consulting dentist's SDC registration number directly with the clinic. The practice holds a strong public rating of 4.8 out of 5 across 480 Google reviews, which is a robust sample. Confirm the practitioner's licence number on the SDC public register before treatment.
