I don’t understand why there are so many good reviews about Ms. Olivia. For me, it was a very disappointing experience with her. From the school application to the accommodation arrangements, I constantly had to follow up and remind her. The most serious issue was the visa application. She said she would help us apply, but she didn’t do it and did not respond to our WhatsApp messages or calls. I only received a reply after I emailed her company. This created unnecessary stress and put my daughter’s study timeline at risk. There was no accommodation arranged as promised and no pre-departure briefing at all. There was also no proactive communication or support. We were left to figure out the accommodation and other important information on our own. An education agency should guide students through the entire process, but this experience fell far below expectations.
