Oh wow! I’ve been following AfterTouch for quite some time on social media and had the pleasure to work with them when my ID’s microcement contractor went MIA. Always intrigued and really love their Branding. From initial consultation to commencement of work to handing over, everything was great as they’re very easy to work with. Updates were provided end of each day’s work done. They were totally accommodating to my preferred schedule as well. Ease of communications throughout and responses were prompt. These guys aren’t your typical contractors. They’re artists. Easily one of the best contractor I’ve worked with this lifetime thus far. Thanks Boss Basyir and your guys! 🙌🏼

Basyir is an artist and I am really glad to have found him to do up my powder room. The aftertouch team provided the finest service throughout the process. From our first viewing of his work at the studio, where he painstakingly went through the different material and effects to the subsequent process of testing colours and textures where Basyir guided us to the perfect choice. After the work started, there were constant updates on the process and they were very good with coming back to do touchups even if they were minor. I really can't recommend that you work with Aftertouch if you have the opportunity. PS: for context, we went with the natural lime option.

I am absolutely thrilled with the microcement work done by AfterTouch Works in my new home. The finish is seamless and has completely transformed the aesthetic of my space. ​A huge thanks to Ahmad for his exceptional service. He was incredibly patient throughout the entire process, constantly updating me on the progress so I was never left wondering. He took the time to explain every step of the microcement application, which gave me a lot of confidence in the durability and quality of the work. ​Ahmad is a true professional and very flexible to work with. You can really see his passion for his craft—this isn't just a flooring job to him; it’s artisan work. Microcement is not for the faint hearted, but it is absolutely beautiful if you know how to protect it :) Really glad to have taken the leap of faith to engage Basyir and his team to do this. While his team were doing the microcement floor, there were some hip-cups as it didn’t turn up as we expected. But Basyir took it up, asked his team to re-do it. What I like about Basyir is that he is very open from the start. He doesn’t hide, he will tell you the absolute truth from the start on what to expect. And whe needed to make good, he follows up. He also update his clients with photo every single day, which many contractors don’t do. A true reflection of professionalism. Thanks Basyir. I love the floor. :)

We got burned by our ID company who claimed that they were able to do microcement on our bathrooms. They ended up re-doing our bathrooms 3 times with really bad results. Thank goodness we found Aftertouch works to redo it with the Tadelakt material and boy, they made it a hundred times better! From service to quality to aesthetics, Basyir and team really exceeded our expectations and eased our worried minds through that stressful period. Basyir was always quick to respond to every query, big or small, even though he was busy. At his studio, he was meticulous and clear in going through the different materials, color, and their properties; that really helped us in our decision making. The quotation that he sent was also clear in what was included. His staff were all well trained and hardworking. We have also noticed that Basyir never stops training and upgrading his own skills and knowledge which was impressive. Also have to stress that at the time we met Aftertouch, we were in our 11th month of renovation (due to delays, neglect and horrible planning on our ID’s part). Basyir, was very understanding and took initiative to do his best to drive the project forward to finish as soon as possible without cutting corners so that we can move in. He also told us upfront if there were any problems or delays (far cry from our ID who kept us in the dark) so that we can prepare for the worst. But they ended up finishing the project quicker than expected and of course we were very happy. We now have beautiful bathrooms that we look forward to shower and unwind in after a long long day at work and it is all thanks to Aftertouch works. I couldn’t stop raving about them to my friends and colleagues-very highly recommended.
