Cockroach issue not settled. Supposed to have one month warranty but no technician sent down despite checking in with them again. No effort to inform us again on when the technician can come down again. Invoice was sent after that to ask for payment (one month after treatment). Worst $180 I have ever spent and problem still not resolved. Would advise to never get this company for your pest issues.

Engaged Aimpest back in 2021 to clear a beehive forming on the clothes rack. Overall experience was fuss free and professional. Contacted Mr Luq and a technician was arranged to clear the beehive within the hour. Procedures were highlighted beforehand and Erman was very diligent and meticulous in removing the beehive. Photos were sent before and after the removal. Charges are reasonable and value for money. Mr Luq is always available to chat and give the exact advices regarding different types of pest through out the years. Definitely will recommend Aimpest to my peers in the future.
