I visited the ENT department in Alexandra hospital and needed to do a small procedure. The staff there was extremely nice, definitely one of the nicest staff I have met in Singapore. Although the procedure was small, the team was very caring and professional before, during and after the procedure and it felt really comfortable throughout. A huge thumb up to Dr Xu Xinni's team!
