After years of having my quality of life significantly affected by allergies and constant nasal congestion due to swollen turbinates, and after visiting many ENT doctors, I am extremely grateful that I finally met Dr. Pang. He explained my condition in a very clear and informative manner and laid out all the available treatment options without any pressure. He is very knowledgeable and has a warm, kind, and patient manner that makes patients feel comfortable. He took the time to explain my condition thoroughly and answered all of my questions. In addition, the two staff members who assisted me at the clinic were very responsive and always ready to help. In the end, all of my breathing issues were addressed with the right solution, without being overly invasive. I am now two months post-operation, everything is going well, and I hope there will be no further issues in the future. I am now bringing my son, who has the same respiratory problem, to Dr. Pang. Brought my son here after rotating between over 5 doctors over a period of a year and a half with no firm diagnosis nor treatment worked. Son had flu-cough-fever issues on a monthly basis and the cycle finally broke after seeing Dr Pang. Dr Pang’s informative yet gentle. He will not suggest extreme treatments unless necessary or if we’ve tried other treatments first. Highly recommend Dr Pang to anyone trying to find 2nd/3rd opinion.

We chose this clinic because of the overwhelming good reviews online, but our experience was extremely disappointing. We had an appointment at 8:30 AM, arrived early, and were supposed to be the first patient. However, another patient was let in ahead of us, and after waiting for 40 minutes, we were about to leave before the staff finally asked the doctor to see us. The consultation lasted about 10 minutes, and while we do not question the doctor’s expertise, the bill was shocking—over SGD 1,000 for a basic check-up and medication. When we asked for clarification on SGD 200 for facility fee via WhatsApp, the staff did not bother to explain the charges. Later, we requested an estimate for a tonsillectomy, which came back at SGD 22,000—more than the cost of giving birth at a private hospital! This felt like they were taking advantage of the fact that we are insured. To make matters worse, lab results were sent via WhatsApp without any explanation, and when we asked for clarification, the response was unprofessional. Nothing against the doctor personally, but the overall experience with the staff and the pricing was unacceptable. It also makes us question the authenticity of the glowing reviews online, which seem generic and possibly fake.

I am Vityea and I have had a chance to consult with Dr Pang in regard to my son's tonsils. As a patient from Cambodia, he carefully explained us very detail of my son illness so as to take further flexible plainning with my busy schedule . Via his full experience of tonsillectomy with high tech of operation, we were very confident for my kid's operation and it went smoothly and successfully for tonsil removal as my kid was able to eat something on the day after surgery. we are very glad my son's big tonsils were removed and he now recover from frequent high fever.and no more snoring. we are very thankful for Dr Pang and his assistants who provide excellent care toward my kid and my family even after the operation. Lastly, i would strongly recomend Dr Pang for ENT specialist and allergy espcially patient fron abroad like me.

I couldn’t recommend Dr Pang enough if you’re suffering from sleep apnea. Dr Pang is incredibly approachable, detailed in explaining & diagnosing over the results of my husband sleeping test. We appreciate Dr Pang’s depth of knowledge & expertise. That with his treatment, my husband sleep apnea is under control & the quality of his day to day life therefore has been greatly improved. Wonderful experience with Dr Pang & his team of staff!
