Therapists are very professional and have many years of experience. Rates are on the pricey side but for me it's worth it as there is significant progress and improvement in my condition. They were also the ones who gave me a second opinion and helped me discover my condition, of which even after 9 months of consulting a govt hospital's orthopaedic surgeon and therapist, could not be diagnosed. Space for therapy is clean and well-organised. They even provide water, sweets and a clean lavatory. I also beg to differ about previous reviews where athletic ability was insulted, as they provide sound advice based on patient's sharing/feedback, movement and other factors.
