My son has been with Alpha Gymnastics since he was 3 y.o. and has been under the care and guidance of Coach Vernie. There are 2-3 coaches assigned to each class so the kids are looked after and there’s also ample time for some routines to be done independently. My son likes all the coaches and has a good rapport with Coach Vernie. He tries to make the class fun and engaging, while teaching proper techniques. He has learned how to do rolls and balance better.

My girl has been attending the recreational gymnastics class at Alpha Gymnastics for 1 year since she was 3+ years old. She loves the recreational class and is full of smiles during the class, as the coaches make it enjoyable for the young children. She received Level 1 and 2 medals from the school itself through their internal assessments, and has picked up skills like doing a bridge. As we hope to have our child progress towards pre-competitive and competitive level, we look forward to receiving more feedback from the coaches on her performance, so that her improvements can be accelerated. Separately, the front desk team has been responsive on WhatsApp during working hours. We have been able to arrange make-up classes smoothly. Thank you to the coaches and the front desk team!

My daughter finds the classes engaging and fun. Though the customer service quality falls below acceptable standards and requires immediate improvement. The organization promises flexible makeup class scheduling when students miss sessions, but when I attempted to schedule replacement classes on alternative days for few times, now was successful. Customer service representatives initially stated I had 60 days to arrange makeup sessions for missed lessons. When I decided to pause enrollment for the following semester and requested to complete these promised makeup sessions, staff declared makeup classes impossible to arrange due to pausing of enrollment. It's unclear to me of their policy, especially if the policy is stated officially, and but I definitely find the actual service delivery creates a credibility problem that damages customer trust and satisfaction.
