Excellent Service from Faz (Innovative Pest Control) I got in touch with Faz from Innovative Pest Control regarding my unit, which was heavily infested with more than a hundred cockroaches after the previous owner moved out. As my renovation was scheduled to start just two days later, I urgently needed the pest issue resolved before any work began. I contacted Faz on a Sunday, and right from the start, he was friendly, professional, and attentive to all my concerns. He listened patiently and immediately assured me that he would try to arrange a team to come down the very next day — even though it was a public holiday! Faz also clearly explained the entire process and provided a transparent breakdown of the costs involved, which I found very reasonable. After I sent him the details, he went above and beyond — texting back shortly after to let me know that his team could actually come down the same day, just two hours later! The whole treatment process took about 1 to 1.5 hours, and I was truly impressed by how efficient and thorough the team was.
