Very poor service. The staff mend the registration/medicine should at least have basic IT. Waited for half an hour just to print the invoice. Not to mention slow in delivering services and there was a long queue behind me. However I am applauding the Doctor esp Dr Azri for his patient and understanding when attending my father. Last but not least, the front staff need to change or at least IT literate and produce good service in order to maintain the prestige of the clinic.

So far no problem, long queue/long waiting time is normal for this clinic but unfortunately today my mum went in the morning and see Doc Amir b’cause she’s not well and the staff at the counter explained only certain medication and not the mouthwash so my mum thought it’s a cough syrup and she drank a little bit. She felt nausea after tht. It’s important to let the old people know about the medication all tht b’cause some of them can’t read.
