I joined the Happiness Program held between 28 Feb to 1 Mar 2026; and immensely touched by the kind and patient guidance by Manisha-ji and Sonal-ji to help me internalize the philosophy, the principles and exercises. After the conclusion of the program, I am able to do all the exercises by myself. It just takes a little over 30 minutes daily, after which I find myself breathing better, feeling calmer; with a general sense of well being for the whole day.
