I visited Dr. Natasha’s new clinic for a check-up, including scaling, polishing, an X-ray, a filling, and new retainers. Dr. Natasha is professional, kind, and gentle. She and her entire staff made the process comfortable and was efficient from start to finish. I appreciate how attentive they were, which made me feel genuinely cared for during the whole visit. The oral hygienist is very skilled and gentle, I felt no pain at all. I really appreciated the personalised advice and new ways to improve my daily cleaning routine. The clinic itself is beautiful, and the use of advanced equipments elevated my experience. I was able to watch Netflix using VR glasses during my procedures, which was an unexpected touch of comfort. Even the X-ray was comfortable, as I was able to remain seated. I was also able to pick up my custom-made retainers within just one hour of the procedure. Dr Natasha Lee was extremely gentle, nice and patient throughout the checkup. All my questions were answered and the consultation did not feel rushed. She was also very meticulous and detail orientated. Really loved how she gave honest opinion and did not push for unnecessary procedures. Miss SY (hygienist) was also super kind and helped me clean my teeth. The clinic and its equipment was super new (v high tech) and the cleaning process was not painful at all. She gave thorough explanations on how to improve my dental hygiene too.
