All in all, I had an amazing experience. From the moment I stepped into the clinic for my first consult to the final review. The front end team was great and efficient, I mostly interacted with Kelly and she solved all the issues I had with scheduling, somehow she made it possible for me to make a visit even though I was really busy. Dr Puah was also really professional and I was amazed at how accurate his diagnosis were. I told him about the pains I had and the questions he asked me literally accurately described what I do frequently. Pretty amazing that he was able to do that, I guess that happens when you visit an experienced doctor. Artisan has been a great help. Thank you guys so much.

Good doctor, good staff, good workers, good environment. I really enjoyed the process of how Dr Puah really took the time to describe to me what was causing my knee pains and how I could take steps to preventing it. A worker named Kelly was also really superb, she was helpful the entire time and no matter how difficult my work life made it for me to visit the clinic, she would always find ways to work things around so that I was able to visit, I can tell she's a natural problem solver. Anyways, just wanted to give you guys a quick compliment, keep up the good work!

I was playing basketball a couple of days ago when I accidentally sprained my ankles.. I was so depressed about it because I had a school competition coming up in a few weeks and I was unable to move properly!! I hurried and made an appointment with artisan. I spoke with Kelly over the phone and she was so incredibly swift in helping me make an appointment and was so caring for me. When I saw Dr Puah, I was amazed at how well he knew his stuff, I told him about my situation and how I needed to parrticipate in a competition in a few weeks and he actually sat down and came up with a sort of recovery time table for me to be able to recover just in time to be able to compete!! Amazing experience at this clinic, highly reccomend

Had a friend tell me about artisan and about how great this clinic was. So I went there recently due to an injury I got while I was boxing. I was in a lot of pain and Dr Puah actually told me I had a minor fracture in my hands and even wrote a letter for me to pause my membership at my gym until after I recover fully. Kelly also called to check up on me a few times to see how my recovery was going. I've never experienced such personal and caring treatment before, super thankful to you guys!

I would like to give my compliments to the staff that took care of me at the clinic, Kelly in particular. She gave me her personal phone number and told me to contact her directly if I ever needed anything. She was extremely responsive at any given time no matter how early or late. Dr Puah and the other staff were fantastic as well, an extremely professional and approachable team. I had a few appointments booked with them and they made me look forward to every single session. My scheduled did change quite a bit but the staff there were very patient and efficient in arranging them. Dr Puah is also great at what he does. Overall, one of the best clinics I've been to!
