Artistroom was recommended by my nieces as they did the renovation for their homes, and I am happy that I took up the opportunity. I wanted a complete makeover of my apartment as I was staying there for more than 25 years, and the place was ‘falling apart’ and too much ‘dead space’ & clutter which dampened the energy of the place. After meeting up with Mark at my initial meeting, Patty was assigned to manage the project for my home. I shared with her my needs and how I would like my personal space to be, and how I would like to feel when I am home. As much as I love the aesthetics in any interior designs - who doesn’t like staying in a beautiful home? However, the place has to be practical & liveable (with lots of storage space and yet not compromising on the living space), and it has to be senior friendly too (making allowance for easy movement around the place). She understood me and captured the essence very well. Throughout the whole process, she was very patient and understanding, and made recommendations for the overall layout, designs, the fittings, furniture that will fit into my vision of a home that I will look forward to be back. I am very happy with the results and I feel my home has the right mood and energy, which was created in synergy with Patty. Besides the positive outcome of the overall renovation, Patty and her team @ Artistroom were very professional and efficient, and more importantly they did it with a lot of heart and soul. It was not just another day in the office for them but they went the extra mile in helping to create a space that aligns with the character of the owner. We had the privilege of engaging Artistroom for our renovation and were looking for a company that could manage the entire process from start to finish. We wanted a team with a proven track record—strong relationships with suppliers, contractors, and authorities—while also having the creativity and capability to turn design concepts into reality. I’m truly glad to have had Katy and Mark by our side throughout this journey. Their service was prompt, expectations were set clearly from the start, costs were transparent, and they supported us every step of the way. Both are incredibly multi-talented—capable of designing detailed layouts with 3D modelling, meticulously measuring every inch of the house, thoughtfully selecting colour combinations, materials, and fixtures, and ensuring these plans translated almost perfectly into reality. The final result was at least 95% true to the design, which is truly impressive. They work with a trusted team of long-term contractors, which greatly reduces errors and ensures smooth communication and execution. I trust them completely—they are sincere, transparent, and pour their hearts into their work. I would not hesitate to recommend Katy and Mark for any future renovations

I had a very pleasant experience working with ArtistRoom team with Patty as the focal for my home project. They are strong in creating space with functional design in mind for home living. The initial meetings to understand my priorities, design and furnishing preferences from their portfolio was good although the actual design will start after we confirm the job. In fact, I selected them as they are bold and creative with redesign of layout to create the dry kitchen concept and cabinet for Brompton bike along the cabinet wall built for storage at front and back. They impressed with bold layout design with practicality in mind. It felt like a collaboration and Patty’s responses is always prompt and professional even when I suggested changes to design or changed my mind again. The attention to detail by the entire team of carpenters to painters was good and they were helpful even with post renovation small fixes. They have a solid team of contractors who are experienced and professional with little defects. Appreciate the team’s patience and professionalism with seeing through the entire project and support provided for tiles, wood, curtain selection down to door handle! All who visited my new house found the layout spacious, functional and furnishing classy! Will definitely recommend to anyone who requires interior designer support for renovation!

Mark/ Katy/ Patty understood our vision, and worked through multiple iterations on the detailed design with great patience. Taking into account various considerations at the different stages. I was recommended to Artistroom by my friend Andrew Cheong when I was looking for a reliable ID last November. I was introduced to ID Patty Wu who partnered with me in my renovation project. My home concept was Coastal lines/Island living with a touch of Colonial (black and white) vintage vibes. After several meetings and conversations with Patty, she fully understood my taste for rustic charm , my need for storage space and a cozy home I was about to create. Patty is very detailed in her space planning, every measurement was precise and every functional space has a purpose.
