The responses are slow, particularly when I talk about a refund. I have messaged and called a couple of times but no response yet. Reply to your response. Please avoid giving incorrect information. I had already informed you about my son's injury and provided the doctor's report on November 20th. Because it took you 5 days to get back to me about the refund process, we decided to monitor the situation and play if possible. I didn't simply 'No show'! Goodwill was based on a valid reason!

Good facility to enjoy a casual game of table tennis! Tho it's like twice the price compared to OCBC arena, table tennis balls are provided and there's a net to catch the balls which was really helpful for a noob like me, would definitely come back!!
