I purchased a solid Suar wood dining table from this shop almost a year ago and have been thoroughly impressed from the start. The team was professional, responsive, and generous with their advice—especially on how to care for the wood properly. Recently, a crack appeared on the table, which is quite normal given the natural ageing of Suar wood. I reached out to the shop with the hope of getting some help, even though it had been some time since the purchase. To my pleasant surprise, they responded promptly and with genuine concern. They were patient, reassuring, and immediately arranged for a skilled carpenter to assess the table at my home. The carpenter who came was highly professional and managed to fix the crack seamlessly. What really impressed me was how tidy the work was—there was hardly any clean-up needed afterward. What stood out most to me was the shop’s sense of ownership and commitment, even long after the sale. Their after-sales service is outstanding, and it’s clear they take pride in the quality of their products and the satisfaction of their customers. I truly appreciate their sincerity and dedication, and I’ll be recommending them to my friends and loved ones without hesitation. After checking out a lot of stores, me and my husband chanced upon Asia Passion to check out their dining tables. We liked the quality, but what I had in mind was not available then and there. Thankfully Ben shared with us that they are able to customise pieces as well, and my husband started to explore the possibility of customising our dining table with them. Ben and Aunty Jessie were very helpful in getting us our dream table, all in solid teak wood with an amazing finish. We are really pleased with the final product, and would strongly recommend their store for good quality wood furniture at reasonable rates.
