Loved the calm and clean environment. People there look happy to work there and not easily uptight Staff was gentle and clear in their interactions or instructions, the blood drawing was fast and no pain (I'm scared of needles 🙃), height weight, ECG, chest Xray etc were all done in 30 mins! Efficiency yay Can tell they maintain their equipments well. Toilet beside was clean too. Easy for urine analysis Such a pleasant experience 🤩
An excellent medical clinic for health checks from start to finish. The environment is clean, calm, and thoughtfully designed, which immediately puts you at ease. The entire process is highly efficient, with minimal waiting time and well-coordinated staff who know exactly what they are doing. What truly stands out is the report you receive afterward. It is clear, well structured, and very easy to understand, even for those without a medical background. The inclusion of comparisons with previous year is especially helpful, allowing you to see trends, improvements, or areas that need attention at a glance. Professional, efficient, and patient-focused, this clinic makes health screening a smooth and reassuring experience. Highly recommended for anyone who values clarity, efficiency, and a high standard of care.
Really friendly and efficient. Staff, nurses and doctor were all open, kind and patient. The space is so nice the prices were good. Shout out to the Indian nurse drawing the blood. She was so sweet and talked me through it step by step gently.
I’ve been to Ata Medical Orchard at Camden twice for medical check ups. The space is comfortable, the staff are very responsive and helpful, and there’s even a mini bar. I also like the location since it’s right in the central area.
A good overall experience: waiting time during health screening was reasonable (within 3-15mins between stations), doctor (esp. Dr Leonard) consultation was the best among all other health screening centres I've done. He was detailed and clearly provided all the possible options for follow-up on issues. The support staff are also helpful, esp. on WhatsApp reminders and appointment options. Keep it up!

GP consultations at private clinics in Singapore typically run S$25–60 per visit, with follow-up visits and prescription costs billed on top. Investigations such as a basic blood panel (S$60–200), urine tests, swabs, or an ECG are billed separately from the consultation fee. GST applies on private medical services. For planned health screening packages, private GP clinics typically offer tiers from S$150 for a basic panel up to S$800 or more for comprehensive executive screens including cancer markers and imaging. Confirm the exact consultation fee, investigation costs, and whether any scripts or referral letters carry a separate charge before your visit. MediSave can be used for selected outpatient items under the S$500 general withdrawal limit or S$700 under CDMP for qualifying chronic conditions. Every legitimate clinic in Singapore holds an MOH Healthcare Services Licence issued under the Healthcare Services Act — verifiable on the MOH licensee directory at moh.gov.sg. Every practising doctor must also be registered on the Singapore Medical Council (SMC) public register at smc.gov.sg, where you can search by name to confirm registration status, any specialist accreditation, and disciplinary history. No MOH licence or SMC registration appears in this listing's data. Before booking, ask ATA Medical Orchard for the clinic's MOH licence number and the attending doctor's full name, then cross-check both on the respective public registers. This is a standard step patients can and should take at any private clinic in Singapore. Verify the doctor's name on the Singapore Medical Council register and the clinic's MOH Healthcare Services Licence before booking, and for any planned procedure request a written financial counselling estimate that itemises insurance payout, MediSave deduction, and out-of-pocket portions before paying any deposit.
Integrated Shield Plans (IPs) layered on MediShield Life cover most private specialist consultations, day surgery, and inpatient stays subject to deductibles, co-insurance, and rider terms. For GP-level outpatient visits, most IP plans do not cover standard consultations unless you hold an outpatient rider — confirm with your insurer before assuming coverage. MediSave can be used for selected outpatient treatment under the S$500/year general withdrawal limit or S$700/year under the Chronic Disease Management Programme (CDMP) for qualifying conditions including hypertension, diabetes, lipid disorders, asthma, stroke, COPD, and selected mental health conditions. Confirm whether ATA Medical Orchard is an accredited CDMP provider with your insurer or the clinic directly. For any planned procedure or investigation, request a written financial counselling breakdown that splits the insurance payout, MediSave deduction, and out-of-pocket portions before proceeding — this prevents unexpected bills after the fact.
