Engaged Athena Team Cleaning for Post-Renovation Cleaning for my entire home. With 3 helpers completing the job in just 2 hours, I was impressed by their efficiency and speed! They tackled high & unreachable areas even the corners swiftly with their own cleaning equipments, leaving my house looking refreshed. While the overall results were good, there’s room for improvement in attention to detail and cleanliness standards. I have given them feedback on this so they can improve, and they acknowledged. 1. I hv a used dining plate n butter knife in the kitchen sink and they pour the pail of dirty water into the kitchen sink. Would be good if they take it out...so I can wash it up later. 2. I have yet to wash the butter knife in the kitchen sink, she rinsed with water and put it into the utensil rack. 3. The chopstick they used to clean the windows, it ended up in my utensils rack. 4. Kitchen stove, didn't put the rack back properly or maybe can ask if they didn't know how to put it back. Imagine if I used and it slides down, things could be bad. 5.One corner of the window with spider Web is not cleaned off. 6. Toilet floor corners not washed (see photo) 7. Toilet sink hole not brushed (see photo) 8. My Toilet sliding door started to screech. It doesn't screech before they come. 10. Understand they don't clean blinds, but if they see lumps of dust, maybe can just take off the dust instead of it hanging there. (See photo)

Engaged them with high expectations for my post reno cleaning but sadly, left with disappointments. Windows and kitchen wall tiles were cleaned diligently but those were the only things done in proper. They said they are open to feedback but when we sent them a list of good and bad scope, got ignored. Not punctual, supervisor was rude and rushing, mopping was done poorly with clear visible stains, aircons were not wiped until we had to check. Seems like the cleaners only wipe what can be seen and not what cannot be seen which is very slipshot and shoddy work. I suggest if you engage them, make sure all surfaces are cleaned and not just the visible parts. Overall, below satisfactory.

For HIP dust proofing: 1. Late by about an hour 2. Quality of plastic cover: thin and easy to tear 3. After dust proofing, left their tools near my doorstep for more than twenty four hours obstructing HIP workers. For Post HIP cleaning - I already confirmed with them again the day before the appointed cleaning date but - Text me about half an hour after appointed time to say they cannot do cleaning on that day because of vehicle breakdown. - no spare vehicle - insisting they cannot perform the cleaning on the appointed day even though I told them I have painting arranged on the following day Despite all it's good reviews, I am extremely disappointed with this company. This company has lost all its credibility in my opinion. I will never want to deal with such a business ever again.
