I did my surgery almost 4 years ago. And up until today, it is the single best thing that I have ever done. I remember how professional the staff and Dr Chan were. I am eternally grateful to Dr Chan for my eyes. Across the years, I do not experience any side effects at all. I have also been recommending everyone around me to look for Dr Chan to do their laser vision correction. Finally, I stop getting dry eyes from wearing long hours of contact lens.. Amazing and professional service from start to finish! My husband had his procedure done here years ago and recommended them. I had a huge degree difference between both eyes (>300), so I finally decided to get it fixed. During the initial evaluation, they recommended SMILE or ICL since my eyes produce fewer tears and my degree was quite high (iirc it was 600+). I chose SMILE, which was then performed by Dr. Chan. On the day of the surgery, I was caught in an extremely bad jam on the PIE and was late. I was panicking, but the staff were understanding and still let me go ahead with the surgery. As a naturally anxious person, I really appreciated how friendly and helpful everyone was. They really put me at ease. The recovery time was crazy - I could pretty much see right after the procedure. There was some slight pain afterward on the top area of my eyes (I was told it's normal due to where the incision was), but it was completely gone in a week or two. It's been a month now, and I just had my one month review. I'm officially discharged and hopefully remain glasses-free for the rest of my life. 😎

Had done my SMILE laser surgery about a month ago at Atlas. From start to finish, the experience at the clinic has been smooth. Before the operation, the clinic called for additional checks and testing, which helped in alleviating my concerns by ensuring all precautionary measures and tests had been carried out. The surgery itself was painless. My vision is clear since and there are no effects post-surgery that is out of the ordinary. The staff was professional and provides guidance every step of the way. I have to give tremendous praise to the clinic staff for their friendliness and attentiveness. Thank you. 😊

Waited for almost 15 years to do the ICL surgery and does not regret at all! Had my 1st visit in Dec 25 and Dr Chan was very professional and offered helpful advice on whether my eyes were suitable to do at all on my 1st visit. He was encouraging and answered my enquiries and doubts that I was at ease to proceed on to do the following month! The ICL surgery was done swiftly and my recovery process has been positively on track and I feel so liberated without my glasses especially I had worn glasses for more than 40 years 🤭. A great big thank you to Dr Chan and Dr Wong (for my follow ups) and all in the Paragon Clinic - everyone was helpful and service was great and pleasant!

The entire process from - reviewing whether I’m suitable to do lasik - explaining the different types of procedures available - booking of appointments Have been very smooth. The procedure (SMILE) that I did was very quick and had no pain. At all the eye checks and during procedure, staff constantly check in on our comfort and made sure that we are ok. Very happy with the outcome as I’m able to see very clearly now.
