When I first told Juliet about my slipped disc, she immediately helped me to make appt to see Dr chua Soo yong. Out of goodwill he actually saw me the first thing on a busy mon morning. Dr chua is a very approachable and caring doctor. He examined my problem carefully and explained to us regarding the cause, the pros and cons of surgery and how the surgery will be done. I felt I was in the safe hands of Dr chua and proceeded to have surgery with him where they kickstart by raising the pre-authorization for my upcoming surgery. Unfortunately, there were some problem with the insurance process, Dr chua called me personally to offer me options and which I made my choice. He assured me he will continue to help me do the surgery . Dr chua fufiled his promise and he was there on the day of the surgery day to give me his support which makes me very touched He is really a good doctor who is willing to go all out to help his patients. Today I am able to sit comfortably without any pains all to Dr chua. Am very grateful to him for giving me another new chance to continue with my daily activities. I will definitely highly recommend Dr chua Soo yong who has needs to see him. 🙏👍👍

Dr Michael Soon - the best doctor. Amazing bedside manners and genuinely cares for his patients. I went in for ACL, recommended by a friend who did ACL, his parents had done knee replacement with Dr Soon as well.

I cannot recommend this clinic enough. Went there initially for a second opinion regarding my ACL tear, and ended up going for surgery. Dr Soon has been amazing, showing great empathy, fully understanding my context, properly explaining all options and not pushing anything on me. He constantly made me ask questions so that I really understand everything that is about to happen with my knee, so I can eventually have a better recovery process. He made a very stressful experience become a pleasant one, constantly reassuring me and being extremely humble in the process. Personally, I appreciate a doctor that talks about failure rates much more than one that says “easy procedure, no need to worry” in an overly confident manner. He even personally sent out texts to all my close contacts (including family overseas) after surgery was done to inform them that everything went well. In terms of staff and nurses, they have been wonderful. I’ve seen some reviews here complaining about Jia Lin and other front desk people, but honestly I had a great experience with her and her colleagues. They have been friendly, fairly responsive and definitely eager to help with insurance and other matters. Yes, you will pay the price for all of this, but I guess that’s the same with all private hospitals and clinics in Singapore. I hope I will not need this again, but I would definitely trust Dr Soon and his team for future interventions :)

Amazing doctor and medical team! Dr Soon is very competent and caring, taking time to explain all your options. On the end of the phone or text to answer your questions in between appointments. Gives clear information and doesn’t pressurise you to take a certain route. Medical team is faultless; surgery was actually an enjoyable experience (!) thanks to the team he works with. The hospital in which he operates is five star. The nurses and admin staff back in the office who walk you through the technicalities and of the procedure are brilliant, especially Jasmine who is AMAZING - she sends you clear instructions at every stage of your treatment and follows up to make sure you’ve understood everything. Her colleagues explain the annoying billing parts very clearly, and really understand your case. Sorry I don’t know all your names but you are truly outstanding! Thank you for making everything simple and efficient. Having spent a bit of time in the waiting room, other patients feel the same. Thanks, Dr Soon!

I had low back pain for more than 20 years (including hospitalisation) without much improvement. Dr Chua’s experience shines with pinpoint my old wound (as painful as my 3 natural child births) and a proposed keyhole. Happy with the outcome where I can now carry my baby where I have been struggling for more than 4 years!
