Most couples begin by reaching out via WhatsApp, phone, or the enquiry form with their wedding date, ceremony type (ROM solemnisation, church, temple, or banquet), and rough bridal party headcount. A consultation typically follows to discuss the look (natural, editorial, traditional Chinese, Indian, or Malay bridal), trial session availability, and whether bridesmaids, mothers of the bride or groom, or groom's grooming will be added to the package. The trial session is usually booked a few months before the wedding day and is the key quality checkpoint — the look is photographed, noted, and recreated on the day itself. Confirm the start time, number of looks, touch-up inclusion, and travel charge for on-location setup at hotel ballrooms, ROM venues, or HDB void decks.
To secure a date, reach out to Autelier Makeup as early as possible — popular Saturdays in March, April, October, and November book out well in advance — and confirm the deposit amount and balance schedule in writing before signing.
For current package pricing and availability, contact Autelier Makeup directly via WhatsApp or the online form.
Lock in the date with a written contract and deposit, confirm the public liability insurance and any HDB / condo / hotel venue paperwork, and put the deliverables, balance schedule, and rescheduling policy in writing.
Imelda was my hair and makeup artist for my actual wedding day and she did an amazing job. She was professional, friendly, and very attentive to the look I wanted. My makeup and hair turned out beautiful, natural, and lasted throughout the day. I received so many compliments! Highly recommend her to any bride. 🤍
Had the honour to engage Jasmine as my makeup artist for my wedding day and it was one of my best decisions! During the trial, she gave suggestions for the makeup and hairstyle for me to decide based on her experience and what would suit me. She also gave advice on skincare prep and hair colour. The looks she created on the actual day made me feel and look beautiful, I received soooo many compliments and really really loved the hair and makeup. 🥰 I think the best part is how comfortable she made me feel! She was so friendly and constantly asked if I’m ok and reminded me not to stress. It was like a big sis taking care of me during the prep 🥺 11/10 experience, would highly recommend!!
Engaging Imelda as my makeup artist for my wedding was truly one of the best decisions I made. She is incredibly skilled and experienced at what she does. I shared my vision with her, and she brought it to life effortlessly. Many of my guests complimented my makeup and hair throughout the day — it really made me feel so confident and beautiful. I’m so grateful to have had her as part of my big day. Highly recommended!
Was very glad to have Sarah as my AD MUA. We first met her during the trial make up and she gave very useful tips in terms of the program flow, choice of hair colour and etc which gave newbies like us clearer directions. On AD, Sarah was earlier and this really helped to give a good head start to the day. She is also focused and is dedicated to her work. This could be seen from the magic she did to make someone look like she slept from 35 mins to 24 hours! Will highly recommend Sarah as your AD MUA! :)
Rowan was my HMUA on my AD and I love both looks that she did for me! I first found Rowan by doing a simple search on Instagram for a Korean MUA in sg, and all 3 photos that I clicked into were done by her - that's how I knew that she was exactly my style! If you're looking for authentic Korean styling, Rowan is the best and she is trusted by both Korean and sg celebrities as she is very experienced and holds herself to high standards. During my trial session, Rowan did half makeup on each side of my face, so that I could choose which style I prefer (e.g. eyebrow arch or straight, eyeliner wing or straight, blush peach or pink). I also found that she is very experienced from how she handled my unique request for her to use my own clip-on hair extensions to thicken my hair (I had 3 pieces), and she was able to use them to fit the hairstyle I wanted - even for a half-up hairdo. When she found out that I have sensitive skin, she was also okay to let me use my own skincare for my AD, and she was able to adapt to its texture on the spot. The best part was that the makeup and hair held for the whole event - from an outdoor solemnisation in the hot sun to a fast dance we did. She also made sure my hair did not look frizzy, even though my natural hair texture gets frizzy easily. I also enjoyed meeting and chatting with Rowan each time I met her - she is genuine, fun, and has so many ideas - and I cannot recommend her enough!

Autelier Makeup uses a package pricing model, which is standard for bridal makeup and hair artistry. In the Singapore market, bridal packages typically range from S$600–1,500+ for a single bridal look (trial plus wedding day), with add-ons for bridesmaids (typically S$150–350 per person), mothers of the couple (S$120–280), and additional looks or outfit changes. Itemise before signing: deposit (typical 30–50% on signing to secure the date), balance schedule, whether the trial session is included or separately priced, travel surcharge for on-location setup at venues outside the central region, and any surcharge for early morning start times. GST may apply depending on the company's registration status. See the full Wedding Services cost guide for Singapore →
For wedding makeup and hair artistry, 6–12 months ahead is the norm — and earlier is safer for peak dates. Popular Saturdays in March, April, October, and November fill up fastest, and in-demand bridal artists often carry a full calendar a year out. Once you have a tentative wedding date and venue, reach out to check availability before committing to other vendors whose timelines depend on the same day. A deposit secures the date; the trial session is typically scheduled 2–4 months before the wedding. Confirm whether the artist personally attends on the day or delegates to an associate, especially for multiple-location or multi-look days.
The standard industry practice in Singapore is a 30–50% non-refundable deposit on signing to secure the wedding date, with the balance due 1–2 weeks before the event. Confirm in writing what the deposit covers — typically the date hold and the trial session booking — and whether it is transferable to a new date if your plans change. Ask specifically about the rescheduling policy for ROM postponements, venue changes, or unforeseen circumstances, and whether a substitute artist is available if the primary artist is unavailable on the day. Public liability insurance is a voluntary trust signal for on-site service providers, particularly at hotel ballrooms or HDB void deck setups where venue management may request a certificate — confirm whether Autelier Makeup carries this before signing.
