Valda is someone that isn’t just amazing at hair and makeup but someone that makes you feel really good on your big day! She’s very personal, reliable and thoughtful. She also let me try several different looks at the trial. I’m not someone that wears heavy makeup often and don’t really like the traditional bridal makeup. She made sure what she did for me was something I was comfortable with but still pushed me to try things that make the look better. She really takes into consideration your preferences and styles - she even got the exact shades of makeup I love and put it in my touch up kit! She explains the reasons for why she does certain things and still gives you freedom to make the final decision, I did not feel pressured at all. I was still quite unsure about my final decision but even on the actual day, she still gave me room for adjustments. She’s a very calm presence and genuinely cares! I had many compliments on my look that day!
