When enquiring, come prepared with your dog's size, breed, and temperament, as these factors typically influence boarding arrangements and pricing. You will also need to provide up-to-date vaccination records — most reputable boarding facilities require proof of DHPP, rabies, and bordetella vaccinations before confirming a stay. It is worth asking whether a trial visit or short daycare session is available before committing to a longer boarding period, as this helps your dog acclimatise to the environment and staff. Discuss drop-off and pick-up logistics, any specific feeding routines or dietary requirements, and whether recurring daycare schedules can be arranged if you need regular cover.
To take the next step, reach out to Aylabella Dog Boarding and Daycare via WhatsApp, phone, or the online enquiry form with your dog's details and your intended boarding dates, and ask to arrange a preliminary visit to the facility before drop-off.
Visit the facility, check the vaccination policy, and confirm insurance before drop-off.
We came across this boarding place because of the good reviews, and we’re grateful we did! First impressions of the place is that this is a sanctuary for dogs, everything fun and place is kept super clean. Our puppy Sushi had been well taken care of during her daycare and overnight stays - she had a blast every time. There were also constant updates on Sushi through the day, which reassured us a great deal. Some of the happiest photos (and biggest smiles) we had of Sushi were at Aylabella, and we’re thankful of the memories they captured for us. Super thankful to Brendon, Constance and team for putting in the meticulous care in the boarding session!
We are super glad that we decided to board Luna at Aylabella for her first boarding ❤️ I’m am sure most pawrents, like us, are nervous when we board our pets especially when we are overseas. But, Aylabella really really did the most wonderful job!!! All the updates and photos/videos really made a whole lot of differences for us as we were so well assured that shes in good hands 😚😚 We can see (via the updates) that she is so happy and having a great time during the 7 days that she was there 🥰🥰 A big shoutout to everyone over at Aylabella!! ❤️ really really thank you for taking such good care of Luna!! We will most definitely be back!!
It was Tofu’s first time going for pet boarding, and naturally we were a little anxious. We’re so glad we chose Aylabella! They were very prompt with their replies from the start, which gave us a lot of reassurance. During Tofu’s stay, we received constant updates with photos and videos, and it really meant so much to us to see how he was doing. Most importantly, they were genuinely caring and attentive towards Tofu. We could tell he was well looked after and in good hands. Thank you for taking such good care of our little one — we truly appreciate it and wouldn’t hesitate to board him here again! 🐾
Otah had such a fun week-long staycaytion with Aylabella and we are super thankful for the constant updates, regular playtime, daily walks and diligent wiping down and grooming every day by the Aylabella team. Otah also earned lotsa belly rubs from the generous team! It was Otah's first time boarding for such a long period of time and we were worried she would be anxious but she was so well taken care of we had nothing to worry about. It was also nice to see her having loads of play time with dogs! Will recommend!
We got our fur baby Mochi the boarding service here after researching quite a few places! We decided to continue the boarding here after the trial as we were very happy with the constant updates that we’re given of our fur baby. Constance, Brendon and AB staff did a great job handling our fur baby and it’s got us very assured that Mochi is in good hands. Seeing Mochi smiling and having fun with the humans and pawfriends made us very jolly even when we’re 9000km away from them. We’re glad we found this place and I’m sure we will return whenever we need boarding services again!

Most boarding and daycare facilities in Singapore require dogs to be vaccinated against DHPP (distemper, hepatitis, parvovirus, and parainfluenza) and rabies as a minimum. Bordetella (kennel cough) vaccination is also commonly required for any facility where dogs interact in close proximity, which includes both boarding and daycare settings. Vaccinations are typically expected to have been administered within the past 12 months, and you will usually need to present a signed veterinary certificate as proof at drop-off. Contact Aylabella directly to confirm their specific vaccination requirements before your dog's first visit, as policies can vary between providers.
Pet boarding facilities in Singapore are required to hold a licence issued by the Animal and Veterinary Service (AVS) under the National Parks Board. At the time of this listing, no AVS licence has been confirmed in Aylabella's provider data, so you should ask the operator directly to produce their current AVS boarding licence before leaving your pet in their care. On the matter of insurance, enquire whether the facility carries cover for incidents involving injury or illness to a pet during their stay, and ask about the protocol if your dog requires emergency veterinary attention. Visit the facility, check the vaccination policy, and confirm insurance before drop-off.
