Mothers typically begin by reaching out via WhatsApp, phone, or the online enquiry form to discuss their expected delivery date, dietary tradition, and the number of meal trays required per day. Standard confinement food packages cover 28 days with twice-daily hot delivery — typically lunch and dinner — though some caterers offer a breakfast tray as an optional add-on. Before committing to a full package, it is worth asking whether a trial meal or single-day option is available, as personal taste and postpartum appetite vary considerably from what any menu description can convey. Confirm whether herbal soups, red dates tea, and longan tea are included in the quoted price or billed separately, and check the delivery slots and the substitute or refund policy should a delivery be missed.
To take the next step, contact Babies Bellies directly via WhatsApp or phone to discuss your due date, dietary preferences, and package options, and request a trial meal before placing a deposit.
Order a trial meal and confirm the SFA hygiene grade (and MUIS halal certificate if relevant) before paying the package deposit.
I cannot recommend Babies and Bellies enough! I had an incredible prenatal massage with Mas. It was exactly what I needed during my pregnancy. She was so attentive and knew exactly how to relieve my tension. My husband also did the Javanese massage and enjoyed it. It was a great experience for both of us. For my postnatal care, I booked a 10-day package and the results were amazing. Zaty always arrive early and always leave me feeling relaxed after the sessions. I also saw a visible difference in my postpartum belly, it effectively became much smaller during the course of the sessions. If you are looking for skilled therapists who truly understand the needs of mothers, this is the place!
I had completed 7 sessions postnatal massage with the therapist- Chinda. And i would say it was an awesome and amazing experience. She put your mind and body at ease. I feel relax and enjoyed every session. It was mind blowing, i could see how much my belly got smaller after the sessions (To begin with, my belly was extremly huge even after 2 weeks of delivery) and i wasnt expecting much. Once again, thank you Chinda!
Overall, the experience was pleasant and the therapist (Chinda) was friendly. Chinda was able to perform firmer pressure and more time spent on the areas I mentioned. She also provided tips on how to take care of myself postpartum. Although i didn’t ask/request for lactation massage, i thought it would be great if the therapist included lactation massage during the 90min session for the 7 days, to ensure that mummies milk ducts are patent. Otherwise, i would still recommend Chinda as the postnatal therapist! Thank you!
I had a pleasant experience with all of my postnatal massage sessions from Babies Bellies. Every session with therapist Nana was very comfortable and relaxing. I have no complaints and would definitely recommend Babies Bellies to other new mummies looking for postpartum care.
had such a wonderful experience with my postpartum massage sessions. Each session left me feeling lighter, more relaxed, and noticeably less tense. I really appreciated the professionalism, the calming environment, and how Cik midah made me feel well cared for throughout my recovery. The massage not only helped with healing and muscle relief but also gave me much-needed emotional and physical comfort during this period. Highly recommend to any new mum looking for genuine support and effective postpartum recovery.

Babies Bellies uses a package pricing model at the mid-range tier ($$), but specific package fees were not available at the time of listing — contact the provider directly for current pricing. As a market reference, Singapore confinement food packages typically run S$1,200–2,800 for a standard 28-day programme covering two trays per day (lunch and dinner). Shorter 7-day or 14-day trial options are available from many caterers for those wanting to test before committing. Confirm whether herbal soups, red dates tea, longan tea, and tonics are bundled or priced separately, and ask whether there is a delivery surcharge for landed or non-central addresses. Singapore confinement food caterers generally follow one of several traditions — Cantonese (the most common, featuring warming herbal soups, ginger, sesame oil, and rice wine), Hokkien, Teochew, Western-style postnatal, halal, or vegetarian. The specific tradition or menu range offered by Babies Bellies should be confirmed directly, along with whether the menu rotates daily or repeats on a weekly cycle. If you are breastfeeding, ask whether dishes can be adjusted — low-spice and alcohol-free (no rice wine) variants are commonly available on request. Most reputable caterers offer a single-day trial meal at roughly S$30–60, and it is strongly advisable to try one before paying a package deposit, as confinement appetite and flavour preferences are highly personal and shift during recovery.
No regulatory licences were listed for Babies Bellies at the time of this entry. Legitimate confinement food caterers operating from a fixed kitchen should hold an SFA Food Shop Licence or Catering Licence, and the hygiene grade (A being highest, followed by B, C, and D) is publicly verifiable. Halal-certified providers additionally hold a MUIS certificate, which should appear on packaging and the provider's website. Confinement meals are typically cooked the same day and delivered hot in microwave-safe, BPA-free containers within approximately a four-hour window. Confirm the twice-daily delivery slots, packaging type, and the substitute or refund policy if a delivery is missed. Order a trial meal and confirm the SFA hygiene grade — and MUIS halal certificate if relevant — before paying the package deposit.
