I decided to give a 5 star review because this clinic truly deserves it. The moment we stepped into the clinic, we were greeted and assisted. The nurses were very kind and patient, explained the medicine and handle my sick baby very gently. Dr Adrian Tan was very patient as well, he don’t rush through the consultation and explained to us how to take care of our high fever baby and what to prepare etc. I’m glad that we found this clinic through Google reviews, and we will definitely come back again! To be honest, this clinic experience was so much better (clean, spacious, staffs are very knowledgeable) than the other clinics at Novena & Orchard that we visited.

Took my child here for a check-up and was really impressed. It’s a clinic both kids and parents will love. The interior is modern yet warm, thoughtfully decorated at a child’s eye level with charming touches. The doctor was kind, efficient, and didn’t push for unnecessary treatments. The staff were also incredibly friendly. Unlike many other clinics, everything from registration to consultation and payment was smooth and fast—no long waiting time. Highly satisfied with the experience!

Saw very good reviews on Google and decided to come here yesterday at 8pm to do a quick checkup for our baby's bites/rashes, as most other clinics were closed/had bad recent reviews. We had a very positive experience at the clinic. The receptionist was friendly and accommodating (even thought it was close to closed hours), and handled our baby with great care while taking his height and weight. Dr. Adrian Tan welcomed us with a calm and pleasant demeanour. He was exceptionally friendly and helpful and very professional with our baby. Despite the clinic being slightly less accessible in terms of location, it was very clean and polished and I'll definitely recommend it to all.
