Great service from Bark n Bake team! I went to self collect our order for our Paw birthday today. When I arrived at around 2.35pm, they couldn’t find the date of the collection on our invoice. As I have to have the cake for the celebration today, they offered to bake it and return to collect in about 35 mins time. They did it as per committed and eventually we realised that our order came after 12 noon hence usually they will take it as collection the following day. Nonetheless, during the entire time, they were very accommodating and at no time show any fustration from our error. Thanks guys!
