My husband and I were looking to attend a newborn crash course and came across BMB during Mummy's Market. We signed up for it because I also signed up for a trial of their prenatal massage. We attended the 15 Nov session and were surprised to find out that we were the only couple there! We were told this was a relatively new offering from BMB, so it became a one-on-one session. We went through the basics of what to expect with a newborn. The class was super interactive and we really appreciated how Diana would share anecdotes from her own personal experience with her recently newborn granddaughter. Some topics we touched on were diaper changing, bathing a newborn, carrying a newborn, breastfeeding, swaddling, baby choking, etc. The pace of the class was very chill and we had two breaks in between. One 10min break and one 20min break. Diana would always make sure we were okay and gave us the time to ask as many questions as we needed. After the class ended, my husband and I felt reassured that we can do this as new parents. We were definitely less worried than we were before stepping in thanks to Diana!!! Highly recommend this crash course as it felt like a safe space to ask what we wanted without any judgment and for peace of mind.

I had an incredible experience with Genah while at the hospital; her massages were absolutely wonderful! I carry a lot of tension in my neck and shoulders, and she also provided a lactation massage that was incredibly helpful that I added on during n my hospital stay, A huge standout for me was the oil they use—it’s not sticky at all! Usually, I can’t wait to wash massage oils off, but this one felt amazing on my skin. I loved it so much that I ended up ordering two bottles. Even after a slight communication mishap, Genah went above and beyond and offered to personally deliver them to make sure I got them. They are providing truly great service here—I highly recommend her and the company!
