I’ve been following Benjamin Moore’s page since forever and was hesitant to engage them at first because I thought they were very premium and would cost me an arm and a leg. I was so wrong. It didn’t cost too far off from the other companies I’ve previously engaged. From the first contact I had with them on WhatsApp, it was clear and professional. First impression was very important to me and they were always so responsive to my enquiries. I was referred to their agent - William Ong. The quote I received was straightforward and I got it even before the site visit (unlike other companies). I appreciated it! Here’s one of my favourite parts of the whole process- When I went to the Joo Chiat outlet to pick my colours, I was there for hours (twice - cos the colours they had were so unique and beautiful!) and yet both times, the staff assisted with so much patience and dedication- in explaining what colours would be best, simply based on the description I verbalised based on my imagination! I was so grateful! Subsequently, I got back to William and he assisted us. He came down to our house for the site visit and sat down with my husband. My husband was impressed with the service! What was supposed to be a repaint of our kids room ended with full house painting. My husband isn’t easily impressed! At the same time, we were doing some minor works to our house and had issues with our contractors. The painting needed to be delayed a couple of times. William was so kind to allow the delay, without any questions at all. His understanding eased the whole process for me greatly! And then there was the actual painting works. Benjamin Moore’s workers were soooo meticulous. They were punctual and very skilled. My house was already occupied and we had many stuff and furniture. They did my house in parts over a couple of days. They covered my furnitures better than the previous company we engaged (N****n direct painters) and did not leave the house until they checked that ALL CORNERS were properly painted and cleaned of any stray paint marks. Initially we wondered why they need a few days to paint our house but please be assured that it is the highest quality of work over over-promising speed without caring about quality. We were also able to sleep on the same night cos the smell wasn’t painfully overwhelming. We aired it for a couple of hours and it was all gone soon after. Even after the paint was completed, William also offered to send his team back to assist us to do touchup after our carpentry works were done. This is after-sales service like no other! William and his team just impress me at every level and I gotta say, they are really and only the best part of my entire renovation process. I highly recommend Benjamin Moores to everyone who needs a reliable and professional team of painters! You won’t regret it! (This is not a sponsored post. Highly recommended paint and service. Will not choose other brand after seeing the results. I was introduced to Benjamin Moore and was told that their product is a class by itself. I had to try it for myself and true enough, was very impressed by the quality of the color. On top of that, the service quality was excellent. William, our liaison, was also very professional in coordinating with my renovation contractor and recommending the right colors. I will definitely use Benjamin Moore again if i need any painting service in the future!

We visited Benjamin Moore’s showroom at Thomson to purchase paint for our entire house and Han was on duty that day. He was incredibly patient and took the time to answer all our questions, no matter how small. Han also shared useful tips and tricks that made our painting process much easier and less daunting. He thoughtfully suggested colours that suited both our needs and the overall aesthetics of our home and we’re happy to say, it did not disappoint at all! We did a 3 day painting job for our whole flat including repainting of existing kitchen cabinets. William and the team from the Joo Chiat store recommended great colours that worked with the natural light of the flat. The painting crew was also punctual over the 3 days in arriving, working hard and responsibly to allow us to still stay in the flat on first night as promised. They cleaned up things and helped us move our furniture so it was as seamless as possible. Highly recommend Ben Moore. The paint quality and colour is great. Home looks new again :)

Fell in love with this US paint when I first saw it on IG 4 years ago and at that time, with our limited budget, we chose to DIY and paint only our TV wall in Aura sage green. The rest of the house was painted using the common brand paint and we could tell the huge difference between both brands. Despite the high price tag, the results are worth it. The color was stunning and looks different day and night. The wall feels smooth with a slight glossy polished look. Have been recommending it since then. 4yrs later, we decided to re-paint the whole house using the same brand again but this time, we engaged their services. The job was done in 2 days and the painters did an excellent job patching all the cracks. Our home looks amazing now, no regrets on this investment.
