Coming here for Audiometric. During the test, I can hear outside sound. Told the staff but the staff told me it’s ok can continue as my result still ok. After awhile outside sound become more n more loud. I told the staff again but never do anything ask me to continue. After the test she told me tats the best the can do as the cubicle is air proof or something. Bad experience.
Had a great experience here at Bethesda Medical, did Executive Health screening after looking through their website with a variety of choices. Clinic staffs were professional and friendly. Instructions are clear and precise, so it was easy to understand. Doctors is detailed in their explanation and provided advices depending on the issues that they found out during the consultation. Overall was a great experience! Definitely recommend them for your next health screening session 👍🏼
I visited the doctor at this clinic and checked with the receptionist how much it cost for a swab test and she mentioned $22. I was hesitant to do a swab as I did not have fever but still went ahead due to the overwhelming cases at my work. After seeing the doctor and getting the swab done, I was charged $50 for the swab - which I was misinformed and it was ridiculously priced. If I had known I wouldn't done the swab because you can buy the swab test for $10 at Watson.. She still argued with me and said she did not say it. One of the worst service. Please hire English speaking receptionist next time if you're overcharging swabs. Edit** I did the swab by myself in the clinic not by a trained doctor or nurse.
I recently visited the facility for eye pain and foot pain. I was asked to take X-ray to make sure if there were no issues with the foot/ankle. They took 4 days for the report to be sent (only notes not the image) and for that to be sent I had to call them everyday as well. They have good facilities like X-ray , ultrasound but getting the report from them is difficult. They also won't mention if a review is required with the doctor. Apparently we have to interpret the results? The staff is polite The doctor is good But the reports ? The time taken is long and chasing required was tedious (no call backs).
The doctor was really nice. Booked an appointment to go there to get a vaccination. At 2 pm. At around 245 after I asked the counter why is it late when I have an appointment they let me in. During the payment, the person that was speaking to me, she handled 2 other customers. (One for registration). Didn't even tell them to wait. Which is quite frustrating as I simply just need to pay, I don't understand why the person had to handle others in the midst of payment. Please respect people's time.

GP consultations at private clinics in Singapore typically run S$25–60 per visit, with variations depending on the complexity of the consultation, any investigations ordered, and medications dispensed. Blood panels commonly add S$60–200, and swabs or rapid tests carry separate charges. GST applies on private medical services. For patients with an Integrated Shield Plan layered on MediShield Life, most outpatient GP visits are not claimable under IP policies, which are designed primarily for hospitalisation and day surgery. However, MediSave can be used under the Chronic Disease Management Programme for listed chronic conditions such as hypertension, diabetes, asthma, and others, up to S$700 per year. For any planned procedure or referral, request a written cost estimate that itemises insurance, MediSave, and out-of-pocket portions before proceeding. Every legitimate clinic in Singapore is required to hold an MOH Healthcare Services Licence issued under the Healthcare Services Act — this is verifiable on the MOH licensee directory at moh.gov.sg. Every practising doctor must also be registered on the Singapore Medical Council (SMC) public register at smc.gov.sg, where you can search by the doctor's name to confirm registration status, any specialist accreditation, and disciplinary history. No licence details have been submitted to KakiList for this listing. Patients should confirm the clinic's MOH Healthcare Services Licence and the named consulting doctor's SMC registration directly with Bethesda Medical Grantral Mall Macpherson before their first visit. For surgical or specialist referrals, a Royal College or Academy of Medicine Singapore fellowship (FRCS or FAMS) is the meaningful additional credential beyond basic SMC registration. Confirm both the clinic licence and the named doctor's SMC entry before booking — neither alone is sufficient.
For outpatient GP visits, MediSave can be used under the Chronic Disease Management Programme (CDMP) for listed chronic conditions — hypertension, diabetes, lipid disorders, stroke, asthma, COPD, selected mental health conditions, and others — up to S$700 per year per account. General outpatient MediSave withdrawal outside CDMP is capped at S$500 per year. Most standard acute GP consultations are paid out of pocket unless the clinic is a CDMP-participating provider. Integrated Shield Plans on MediShield Life typically cover hospitalisation and day surgery rather than routine outpatient GP visits, so check your plan terms before expecting reimbursement. If the GP refers you to a specialist, a polyclinic or GP referral letter to a public hospital Specialist Outpatient Clinic unlocks subsidised rates of roughly S$30–80 for Singapore Citizens, compared with S$120–250 for a direct private specialist walk-in. For any planned procedure, request a financial counselling session and a written estimate splitting insurance, MediSave, and out-of-pocket costs before paying any deposit.
