When enquiring about a boarding stay, it is helpful to have your pet's size, breed, and temperament details ready, as these typically affect room allocation and pricing. Providers in this category generally require up-to-date vaccination records before accepting a booking, so prepare documentation for DHPP and rabies (dogs) or FVRCP (cats) in advance. If your pet has not stayed away from home before, asking about a short trial visit can help assess how your animal settles in the new environment. Clarify whether drop-off and pick-up follow fixed hours and whether any recurring boarding arrangements attract a preferential rate.
To take the next step, reach out to BFF Pet Hotel via WhatsApp, phone, or the contact form to share your pet's details, preferred dates, and any special care requirements, and request written confirmation of the rate and vaccination policy before your pet's first stay.
Visit the facility, check the vaccination policy, and confirm insurance before drop-off.
Our dogs have been going to Breakfast at Fluffy's for many years, starting from about the age of 6-7 to their current age of 12. Whenever they're there, they always have a great time. Elaine and her team always do a great job of giving us regular updates and pictures, and our dogs always come back in such great spirits. The process in enrolling our dogs into their boarding program included vaccination checks, and a one-time visit and short playdate to see how our dogs would react in their environment. For each visit that has lapsed a year, the team always checks to make sure all vaccinations are completed. This helps me feel reassured in knowing that Elaine and her team prioritize the health and safety not just of our dogs, but of all the dogs that are boarded there. As our dogs grow older, they have become more sensitive to the environment and this is something that the team is is super helpful on as well. Our maltipoo had 2 different surgeries (cataract for her eyes and a hind leg surgery for cruciate ligament tear) and the team would update us on the medication, as well as take extra notice of our dog's vision/walk and ensure that she is not playing too much/aggressive during the session. Our terrier mix is highly energetic and Elaine always makes it a point to play ball with him. We can really see the dedication in Elaine and her staff. There have been multiple times where her staff are able to recognize our dogs from when we walk them around the neighborhood. Each time, our dogs are also super excited to meet them, and try to follow them back to Breakfast at Fluffy's. Breakfast at Fluffy's will always be our first choice for our dogs as we truly trust our dogs with Elaine and her team!
My 5 yo Cavapoo loves going to Breakfast At Fluffy’s for “play school”. Each time we pass by the pet hotel, he’ll get all excited! I really appreciate the effort of the team to make sure I’m kept posted of his activities throughout the day by sending videos of him at play. It gives me assurance that he is safe and having a great time. They provide grooming services too which is so convenient since he can get groomed and have a play date at the same time! Much thanks Elaine, Janice and team for caring for Tash!🩷
Breakfast at Fluffy’s is absolutely perfect in every way, the whole team there are incredible and Elaine in particular is just an absolute delight to deal with. The facilities for furry friends is second to none and every time we leave our baby boy there for boarding we know he’s in the best hands! Elaine’s daily send of videos are incredible and so greatly appreciated and it’s incredible to see just how much fun our boy has there and just how wonderful the whole experience is for him. My wife and I cannot thank the team at Breakfast at Fluffy’s enough for providing us the with the best care possible for our treasured puppy Matty!
At BFF, our fur babies are treated to a safe and clean environment where they can frolic and have the time of their lives with fellow furry friends. The staff are on hand 24/7, expertly trained to care for our beloved pets. My own fur baby's staycation at BFF was an unqualified success – he had a fantastic time! Knowing that the staff were keeping a watchful eye on him allowed me to relax and enjoy my overseas vacation.
I boarded my senior dog at Breakfast at Fluffy’s and couldn’t be more grateful for the love and care he received. The staff were gentle, patient, and truly attentive to his needs, ensuring he was comfortable every step of the way. The regular photo and video updates reassured me that he was happy and in good hands. As the owner of a senior dog, I also really appreciated being able to check in on my fur baby via the live CCTV. The homely, calm environment was perfect for him, and it’s clear they treat every dog like family. Thank you again, Elaine and team, for making Ashton feel less homesick whenever we’re away 🥰

Most reputable pet boarding facilities in Singapore require dogs to be vaccinated against DHPP (distemper, hepatitis, parvovirus, and parainfluenza) and rabies, with proof that vaccinations are current — typically within the past 12 months. Bordetella (kennel cough) vaccination is also commonly required for boarding and daycare environments where dogs mix. For cats, FVRCP (feline viral rhinotracheitis, calicivirus, and panleukopenia) vaccination is the standard requirement. Bring your pet's vaccination booklet or a vet-issued certificate to drop-off. Contact BFF Pet Hotel directly to confirm their exact vaccination policy before your booking, as requirements can differ between facilities.
Pet boarding facilities in Singapore that house animals on their premises are required to hold a licence issued by the Animal & Veterinary Service (AVS) under the National Parks Board. BFF Pet Hotel's AVS licence was not confirmed in the current listing data — verify this directly with the provider before drop-off. On insurance, ask explicitly whether the facility carries cover for incidents involving injury, illness, or escape during a pet's stay, and what the claims process looks like. A reputable boarding provider should be able to describe their protocol clearly. Visit the facility, check the vaccination policy, and confirm insurance before drop-off.
