Samson from Bideas has been a joy to work with. He and his team handled electrical and carpentry works while we were already living in our place, and the entire process was smooth and well-managed. Samson gave thoughtful, practical advice on details such as light wattage and placement, as well as cabinet configuration, which was extremely helpful. Despite the project being scheduled during the festive year-end period and leading into Chinese New Year, he remained highly responsive and was able to fit us into his schedule, completing the project efficiently. His workers were professional and considerate, taking care to minimise disruption and contain dust and debris with protective sheets during drilling. They also offered useful on-site recommendations, paying close attention to small details. The workmanship on our built-in cabinet was excellent and they were able to cut a metal pegboard to size and install it neatly inside a pull-out drawer based on my requirements. We’re truly happy with how everything turned out. Highly recommended!

I would like to thank Samson and his team for the wonderful work they did redoing my kitchen cabinet that was almost 30 years old. My biggest worry was how long it would take and how messy it would be when the old cabinet was dismantled. However, the team did an excellent job with it. The dismantling was fast and the team cleared the debris well. During the dismantling one of my electric point cover broke and it was replaced for free. The whole work from dismantling to putting up the new cabinet to the installation of the kitchen top took exactly 6 days to complete.The carpentry work was excellent and i appreciate how Samson suggested a bifold door for my corner cabinet so that we could reach the back of it to store bulky items easily. I appreciate the updates shared on a group chat Samson created to check in with the team on progress, any instructions for the team lead and any feedback or questions i had. I truly appreciate Samson and his team’s professionalism in carrying out the work. Thank you.

Poor after sales service. I engaged Bideas in Aug 2024 for living room carpentry which was completed in Nov 2024. My quotation covered 1 year warranty for all cabinets. I experienced minor issues with a cabinet door and a drawer which could not close tightly and we could not fix these by ourselves. I requested Samson to send someone to fix these, but he came up with all sorts of reasons to reject me. Initially, he said he could said send someone, but there will be a $120 transport fee. Apparently I’m not covered under the 1 year warranty because he counted it from Aug 2024 (date of signing the quotation) when a logical person would count from the completion date i.e. Nov 2024. He also said that nothing is spoiled, and that the soft closing is working. I don't think it's fair that the warranty coverage was determined solely at the discretion of the supplier, especially based on how minor they perceive the issue to be. While the workmanship is generally fine apart for the issues I encountered, this experience has left a bad taste in my mouth and I was disappointed by the after sales service and the lack of clarity around warranty terms.
