Big Paws Small Paws is amazing! I’ve brought Slushie here twice and I’m honestly so impressed. The grooming area is fully open, which I love because you can see everything happening. Their holding kennels are right inside the main work area, so the groomers are always able to monitor the dogs. The whole place is clean, bright, and feels very comfortable. The groomers communicate clearly and consistently. They sent me videos and photos at every stage, which gave me so much peace of mind. Slushie wasn’t scared at all! In fact, he was happily running around the shop and the staff even when it was time to go home! That says a lot about how gentle and patient they are :) His haircut turned out super cute, and his fur came out so soft. You can tell they really take the time to do a careful, quality job. Highly recommend Big Paws Small Paws. Slushie will definitely be back! 🐶💕
