About Binjai Medical and Paincare Clinic
Binjai Medical and Paincare Clinic is a general practice and pain management clinic located at 23 Binjai Park, Singapore 589828, serving patients across Singapore. The clinic has been verified by KakiList, and holds a 4.8 out of 5 rating across 129 Google reviews — a robust sample that provides a reliable indication of patient experience. No ACRA registration or regulatory licences have been surfaced in the current listing data, so patients are advised to confirm credentials directly with the clinic.
Patients typically begin with a first consultation, during which the doctor takes a history, conducts a relevant examination, and determines whether further investigations — such as a blood panel, X-ray, or specialist referral — are needed. As a GP and pain care practice, the clinic likely handles a mix of acute walk-in presentations and ongoing pain management, which may involve physiotherapy referrals, medication review, or specialist coordination. For any planned procedure or repeat pain management programme, patients should request a written cost estimate that clearly separates consultation fees, investigation costs, and any procedure charges, along with guidance on MediSave and Integrated Shield Plan eligibility where applicable.
To make an appointment or enquire about availability, contact Binjai Medical and Paincare Clinic directly by phone or through the enquiry form listed on this page.
Verify the doctor's name on the Singapore Medical Council register and the clinic's MOH Healthcare Services Licence before booking, and for any planned procedure request a written financial counselling estimate that itemises insurance payout, MediSave deduction, and out-of-pocket portions before paying any deposit.
My wife and I did our yearly comprehensive health screening @ Binjai Clinic. Cheryl facilitated our registration promptly and Dr Mark was very detailed during consultation and always nice to catch up with him again. We took our annual flu jabs vaccines in anticipation to our winter travels.
We took our health checkup at Binjai medical this year & doctor Mark is VERY patient! He took a lot of time to explain & convince my mum of what needs to be done to be in better health while not being pushy about anything. The nurses & receptionists always make you feel comfortable asking for help & are all very endearing. Health checks are sometimes scary for old folks but my mum is at ease and comfortable for the first time, with all her questions answered. Thank you for the wonderful service!
Dr. Mark is attentive and listens well. He's thorough in his diagnoses and makes sure all bases are covered. Unlike most doctors, visits don't feel transactional - you actually leave feeling taken care of.
My husband and I go to Dr Mark Liew for sports related injury as he has training and knowledge in this field. Dr Liew is patient and clear with his explanations on the condition of our injuries. He always emphasizes the importance of staying active and recommends strength and weight training exercises for our age group. The clinic assistants (shoutout to Cheryl) are also friendly and helpful - which adds to a positive experience from each visit.
Very helpful, professional and friendly staff. The doctor takes the time to explain everything. Excellent physiotherapeut in the same cabinet. Would go there anytime! Thank you team!

GP consultations at private clinics in Singapore typically run S$25–60, while a first specialist or pain management consultation generally falls in the S$120–250 range, with follow-up reviews at S$80–180. As Binjai Medical and Paincare Clinic operates as a GP and pain care practice, fees will depend on whether you are presenting for a routine acute visit or an ongoing pain management review. Common add-on costs include blood panels (S$60–200), X-rays (S$80–150), and any prescribed medications. If your visit relates to a chronic condition covered under the Chronic Disease Management Programme (CDMP) — such as hypertension, diabetes, or certain musculoskeletal conditions — MediSave withdrawals of up to S$700 per year may apply to outpatient treatment. For any planned procedure, request a written financial counselling estimate that itemises insurance, MediSave, and out-of-pocket portions before proceeding. Every legitimate clinic operating in Singapore must hold an MOH Healthcare Services Licence issued under the Healthcare Services Act — this is verifiable on the MOH licensee directory at moh.gov.sg. Every practising doctor must also appear on the Singapore Medical Council (SMC) public register at smc.gov.sg, where you can confirm registration status, any specialist accreditation, and disciplinary history. The current listing for Binjai Medical and Paincare Clinic does not surface either an MOH clinic licence or an SMC registration entry. Patients should confirm both directly with the clinic before booking — the clinic's name and the consulting doctor's full name are the two identifiers needed to run these checks. Neither licence alone is sufficient; both should be in place for any registered medical practice in Singapore.
Integrated Shield Plans (IPs) layered on MediShield Life cover most private specialist consultations, day surgery, and inpatient stays, subject to your plan's deductible, co-insurance, and rider rules. For any planned procedure, obtain pre-authorisation and a Letter of Guarantee from your insurer before the procedure to avoid post-treatment claim disputes. For outpatient visits, MediSave can be used under the S$500 per year general outpatient withdrawal limit, or up to S$700 per year under the Chronic Disease Management Programme (CDMP) if your condition — such as hypertension, hyperlipidaemia, or diabetes — is on the CDMP list. Pain management may also attract MediSave claims depending on the specific procedures involved. Request a financial counselling session at the clinic for any planned or ongoing treatment programme. A written pre-treatment estimate that clearly separates insurance payout, MediSave deduction, and out-of-pocket cost is standard practice at reputable private clinics and is the most reliable way to avoid a surprise bill.
