Dr Cheng, Mrs Cheng and their team are one of the most committed, passionate and helpful people I've ever met. The checks conducted here are super thorough and comprehensive, and I am confident that any eye condition one might have would be diagnosed and treated by this professional team! Dr Cheng and Mrs Cheng are both very warm hearted and reassured me about my eye condition while explaining everything to me. The gentle nature of both boss and ladyboss gave me a lot of peace of mind. If I were to ever have a serious eye condition someday, Dr Cheng and team would definitely be the people I would trust my eyes with. Sorry for any typo mistakes as I wrote this while my eyes are still dialated. But I just cannot wait to give them a great review!

In 2010, I was recommended by my sister to see Dr Cheng for consultation on eye floaters and the risk of retina detachment. Dr Cheng had explained clearly to me and has alleviated much of my fear about my eye floaters. I found him a kind, caring and professional doctor. Since then I have been seeing Dr Cheng for all my vision care issues. In 2022, I found my both eyes red and teary when I woke up in the morning, the day before my solo art exhibition. I had to do the installation and it was very uncomfortable. I called Dr Cheng’s clinic in the afternoon and knowing the urgency, the nurse had kindly arranged the appointment before the clinic closed. Dr Cheng examined my eyes and had diagnosed me with acute conjunctivitis. I was prescribed with antibiotics eye drops etc. The eye drops worked very well and the redness had subsided and no more tearing on the next day. I was able to be at my best during my exhibition to receive the visitors. I felt so thankful and grateful to have Dr Cheng and the team of caring nurses for my vision care. This year March, I had my cataract removal surgery on both eyes by Dr Cheng. I was given very clear explanations on the benefits and procedures of the surgery and was being reassured that the risk is minimum. The surgeries were successful for my both eyes and I received professional medical care pre and post surgery by Dr Cheng and the nurses. My eyes have been recovering smoothly since then. Overall, I highly recommend Dr Cheng and his dedicated team of nurses for vision care and treatment. I am grateful I can see clearly and brightly now and especially when I need to work on details during painting. My heartfelt thanks once again to Dr Cheng and his team of professional and dedicated nurses! You have helped many people like myself in improving our visions and “brighten our life” again! All staffs are gentle, friendly and professional, providing an absolutely seamless process. The clinic is clean, and the room with the scan machines are of high quality and advanced for Dr Bobby to view and diagnose any potential issues. Dr Bobby himself is definitely not a transactional doctor, he is very smiley and cheerful, making small talks to make his patients feel more comfortable. Extremely pleasant experience and would highly recommended :)
