Enquire by sharing your event date and venue so the team can confirm availability — popular Saturdays in March, April, October, and November book out earliest, and 6–12 months of lead time is the norm for weddings. From there, couples typically discuss the scope and style they have in mind, review package inclusions versus à la carte options, and confirm the deposit (typically 30–50% on signing) along with the balance schedule, which is usually due 1–2 weeks before the wedding day. If any portion of the event involves an outdoor setting, clarify the wet-weather contingency plan. For solemnisations, confirm whether the service covers both the ROM ceremony and the banquet reception, and discuss dialect-group customs — Hokkien, Teochew, or Cantonese gatecrash traditions, for example — that may shape the run-of-day.
Reach Bone & Grey Bridal via WhatsApp, phone, or the enquiry form to check date availability and request a package overview.
Lock in the date with a written contract and deposit, confirm the public liability insurance and any HDB / condo / hotel venue paperwork, and put the deliverables, balance schedule, and rescheduling policy in writing.
Had a lovely time trying her collection! It was a comfortable experience, she helped to take extra pictures and also sent a summary of recommended sizes after our visit. The materials were so soft and nice, we could see the quality in her gowns. Worth the visit :) thank you Joy!
Leaving a long overdue review for Joy - I visited Bone & Grey in October, and I found it to be the most enjoyable gown shopping experience out of the five shops I visited. Joy was really helpful in helping me figure out the sorts of silouhettes that flatter my body type, and was honest with her feedback on how each dress looked. No hard selling or upselling, and I did not feel rushed in deciding on a dress on the spot. I'm pretty indecisive so I visited twice before getting two gowns, and Joy was very patient each time. Thank you for creating such a wonderful, stress-free and comfortable experience, and thanks for the chats :)
Really enjoyed the stress-free try on experience! Joy was helpful, patient, honest on how the dresses look (while remaining tactful). She also gave a lot of use inputs on suitable dresses for my body type, and in one fitting I know what works for me. Dresses here are designed by her, and at a very reasonable price point! Thank you Joy for the great customised experience :) I highly recommend any future brides to give her designs a try!
I first discovered Bone and Grey randomly on IG and boy am I glad I did! Had not-so-nice experiences previously at other bridal studios where the staff seemed almost unhappy to help, and I felt pressured to make a decision there and then. Bone and Grey however ticked off almost everything on my list when finding a dress - gorgeous minimalist styles (which are so hard to find in Singapore), affordable prices, and a lovely experience. Joy was super helpful and patient throughout the whole session, and really made me feel at ease trying on different dresses and veils. The dresses were all well-made and are all very flattering and she has a variety of sizes to try on too. Joy helped to take photos of the dresses and sent them over for me to refer to after the appointment, which was something I really appreciated. I had no pressure whatsoever to decide on the spot, but safe to say I think I found the one!
Highly recommend! We first came across Bones & Grey at a Hitcheed event and fell in love with the Luna gown. It’s a beautiful 3-piece design — seamless, versatile, and perfect for our pre-wedding shoot. The gown fit perfectly and turned out exactly as described. Joy’s service was exceptional. She was never pushy and offered lots of helpful advice. Her after-sales service was wonderful too — she even shared tips on how to clean and maintain the gown.

Bone & Grey Bridal prices its wedding services on a package basis ($$). Exact package fees are not published on the listing, so couples should request a tailored quote. As a reference for the Singapore market, wedding photography full-day packages typically run S$2,500–6,000+, full-day videography S$3,000–8,000+, and full wedding planning (excluding venue and F&B) S$5,000–25,000+. Decor and floral packages vary widely by scope. When you receive a quote, confirm what is itemised: deposit amount (typically 30–50% on signing), balance due date, hours of coverage or number of deliverables, travel charge for non-central venues, and GST. Put the full cost breakdown in writing before paying. See the full Wedding Services cost guide for Singapore →
For weddings, 6–12 months of lead time is the standard — and the most sought-after Saturday slots in peak months (March, April, October, and November) are often secured well beyond that window. Once you have a venue date locked in, reaching out to Bone & Grey Bridal promptly is advisable to avoid missing your preferred date. For smaller celebrations such as solemnisation-only events or intimate receptions, 3–6 months ahead is usually sufficient, though this depends on how many bookings the team carries at any one time. Confirm whether the deposit holds the date exclusively, and ask about the rescheduling policy if circumstances change before the event.
The Singapore wedding industry standard is a 30–50% deposit on signing to secure the date, with the balance due 1–2 weeks before the event. Before paying, confirm in writing what the deposit covers — date exclusivity, pre-event consultation hours, mood board or concept work, or trial sessions — and whether it is refundable or transferable to a new date if plans change. Deposits are typically non-refundable but may be transferred to a rescheduled date within an agreed window. Clarify the policy for force-majeure scenarios such as weather disruption or public-health restrictions. Also ask about public liability insurance, particularly if the setup involves an HDB void deck, condo function room, or hotel venue where the venue coordinator may require a copy of the insurance certificate.
