About Boon Lay Corporation Clinic
Boon Lay Corporation Clinic is a general practice clinic located at 350 Jurong East Avenue 1, serving residents in and around the Jurong East area. KakiList has verified the operating details and contact channels. The clinic holds a 4.2-star Google rating across 12 reviews — a small sample size, so this figure should be treated as directional only. Pricing is positioned at a mid-range level ($$); specific consultation fees were not provided and should be confirmed directly with the clinic.
For a first visit, patients can reach the clinic via WhatsApp, phone, or the online enquiry form to confirm operating hours and whether walk-in appointments are accepted. As a GP clinic, the typical scope covers acute illness consultations, repeat prescriptions for stable chronic conditions, and referral letters to specialist outpatient clinics (SOCs) at public hospitals — a polyclinic or GP referral letter reduces the SOC consultation cost to S$30–80 for Singapore Citizens, compared with S$120–250 for a direct private specialist walk-in. Patients with chronic conditions covered under the Chronic Disease Management Programme (CDMP) — including hypertension, diabetes, and lipid disorders — may be able to use MediSave (up to S$500–700 per year under the outpatient withdrawal limits) for consultations and medications at participating CDMP-enrolled GP clinics; confirm enrolment status directly. Integrated Shield Plan holders should check whether the clinic is on their insurer's panel for outpatient claims.
Contact Boon Lay Corporation Clinic via WhatsApp or phone to confirm current consultation hours, walk-in availability, and CDMP enrolment before your visit.

Verify the doctor's name on the Singapore Medical Council register and the clinic's MOH Healthcare Services Licence before booking, and for any planned procedure request a written financial counselling estimate that itemises insurance payout, MediSave deduction, and out-of-pocket portions before paying any deposit.
The admin staff that serves the patients are very helpful and courteous. However, seems like the doctor isn’t in for the full duration as stipulated in their opening hours. It is difficult as a patient to do walk-ins to find that the clinic isn’t open at the hours as advertised. It would be advisable to call ahead to check as their advertised timings are not always accurate.
Doc and nurse are professional in their work. Good job.
I had a blocked ear with pain for the past 3 days. I couldn’t hear a thing out of the ear. There was no wait when I went to the clinic and was greeted by a kind and polite receptionist. In less than a minute, Dr Joseph Cheah diagnosed me with an ear infection with impacted ear wax. He performed ear syringing and the ear wax came out. Thank you Dr Joseph Cheah for helping me hear clearly again!
Bought daughter there for flu and cough issues some time ago. Asked if can take blood test for daughter to check any high cholesterol as she eats junk food quite frequently. Doc said no problem eating junk food for children. Then why so many obese children?! Hoping to get some one with more authority to convince daughter the adverse effects of junk food and this type of reply?! 😞
Went to the clinic this morning and was told to go back at 12, just because they are not going to examine patients with sorethroat... can u imagine the costs for a PATIENT to go to ur clinic and asked to go back in the noon? Amazing

No regulatory licences were listed in the provider data for Boon Lay Corporation Clinic. Every legitimate GP clinic is required to hold an MOH Healthcare Services Licence under the Healthcare Services Act — verifiable on the MOH licensee directory at moh.gov.sg. Every practising doctor must also be registered on the Singapore Medical Council (SMC) public register at smc.gov.sg, where you can confirm registration status, any specialist accreditation, and disciplinary history. Both the clinic licence and the named doctor's SMC entry should be confirmed before booking. The absence of listed licences in this directory entry does not necessarily mean they are absent — contact the clinic directly and request confirmation of both credentials. Verify the doctor's name on the Singapore Medical Council register and the clinic's MOH Healthcare Services Licence before booking, and for any planned procedure request a written financial counselling estimate that itemises insurance payout, MediSave deduction, and out-of-pocket portions before paying any deposit.
For outpatient GP visits, MediSave can be used under the Chronic Disease Management Programme (CDMP) for listed conditions — hypertension, diabetes, lipid disorders, stroke, asthma, COPD, selected mental health conditions, and others — up to S$500 per year (or S$700 for patients with two or more CDMP conditions). The clinic must be enrolled as a CDMP participant for this to apply; confirm directly before your visit. Integrated Shield Plans (IPs) layered on MediShield Life generally do not cover routine outpatient GP consultations unless the plan includes an outpatient or primary-care rider — check your policy terms with your insurer. For referrals to specialist outpatient clinics at public hospitals, a GP referral letter from this clinic will qualify you for the subsidised SOC rate (S$30–80 for Singapore Citizens) rather than the unsubsidised direct walk-in rate (S$120–250). If a planned day-surgery or specialist procedure follows, request a written financial counselling session at the receiving institution that splits the insurance payout, MediSave deduction, and out-of-pocket portions in writing before any deposit is paid.
